Hello my PE buddy’s :) !

I finish the first 3 months.not many gains, but I think is good start.

Last two days I do clamping like a celebration for passing the 3 newbie months. I feel strong erections when I wake up in the middle of the night and in morning. I guess is PI positive, but what do you say? I start including clamping in routine, or.? :)

Wow…congratulations on the great gains. Clamping is one the most advanced exercises in PE, clearly you’ve made some exceptional girth gains without doing anything as risky as clamping. Why take the risk of adding this exercise ? My advice - keep working your present routine until it stops producing results - work it for all it’s worth.

If you add clamping be sure to read everything you can on it and take it very slow in the beginning. The tricky thing about clamping is that you can hurt yourself but not even realize it until hours later. Read a lot on the topic and be careful.

Drilla9, what do you think: I start using clamping in my routine? Gaining till now is relative poor and PI with clamping appear to be positive

If you feel ready then give it a try. Start slow - 3 x 5 minutes sets for a week or so. If things feel good then you can design a suitable routine around clamping.

Be careful and take notice of how your penis reacts all the way through a session. Good luck. :up:

You can do an exercise in that fashion, but its not what people mean when they refer to ‘clamping’, which usually involves a cable clamp or screw clamp.
