Well I’m a little over two months in and still no gains.. My stats are 6 BPEL and 4.25 Girth. I’m doing the newbie routine and I do have improved erection quality and more definite veins but no gains. Any advice on what to do? Should I up my stretches and jelqs or start some different excercises? Any advice would be appreciated. By the way my goal is 7BPEL and 4.75 girth.

Well, first of all what is your routine. Maybe you need to add some different excersizes.

Warmup, 10 min stretches in all directions, 15 min jelq, warmdown. I know you guys hate hearing these threads it’s just hard to keep the motivation when you see no gains after so much excercise.

Just be patient and keep up the work. It doesn’t seem unreasonable not to get gains in two months. Some get the quick, some take time. Your routine doesn’t look so bad. I don’t time my jelging though. I count them. I would rather do 100 good jelgs than 15 minutes of wrong jelgs. It takes me about 4 to 5 seconds to to my jelgs and I usually do about 200 to 300 of them at a time. How long is your warm up. I do mine in the shower and get the water pretty hot. I warm up until it feels like it needs to be hotter. if you know what I mean. Just give it time. The growth will come. There is to much picture proof on here to show that it works.

I do 21 minutes of stretching (7 directions x 3 minutes) and 6 x 1 minute of streching over my wrist (don’t know how it’s named exacty). This way I always had length gains. I think you are ready to do some horses and ulis to target your girth. Good luck and remember that not everyone gets their gains in the first two months.

How many days/week are you doing your routine?

I’d jelq for longer than 15mins. I’d do 20mins+ after 2 months in. Your penis should be well used to it by now.

Is your flaccid hang longer? After you jelq, does your dick look fatter? If not, maybe try a different grip on the stretches, and maybe different technique on the jelqs (slower, faster, harder, lighter, etc.).

The first time I started PEing, it was in 2000 and I followed a pay website’s routine which was a little different than here’s. 5 min warm-up, 5 minute stretches up, down, left, right and straight. In between stretches, twirl your dick around in a circle 30 times for blood flow. Cap the stretches off with a good 1 min stretch straight out. Then about 10-20 minutes of wet jelqs and a warm down. This routine worked for me as a newb. I think I gained about a 1/4” length erect and a 1/4” girth in about a month. Not to mention my flaccid size seemed to double, hanging to about the level of my balls 24/7 when before I started PEing it used to sort of poke straight out at times out as if I just exited a cold swimming pool.

I started out the exact same size as you, and am now 7.5 x 5.2. Don’t give whatever happens, be careful and have fun gaining!
