I don’t know if you ever heard the term 2-a-days, but has a football player in high school we had 2-a-days, which basically is practice in the morning and a second practice in the evening, meaning two practices a day. My question is starting off being a newbie and everything will doing pe twice a day help or hurt?

If you want to break total work in two sessions, then I think it’s fine. If you want to do more total work, I think it is better to refrain for now. More is not necessarily better. The most important thing when starting is achieving the best technique on exercises and develop a feeling of how they work on your penis.

You don’t want to overdo it early on. Push a workout a little too hard and you’ll get a few days of poor erections/rest days. Overall, I’d try to do it all in one session unless time is an issue (at least while starting out).

Probably hurt, it is always smarter to get the result your looking for by doing the minimum amount of work required to achieve that result. You cannot compare PE and football practise, way too different. So, start slow untill gains slow then increase effort/time accordingly.

I have been experimenting with 2 a days. I would really like to hear from others who do it. I might have been overdoing it a little at first. My unit is well conditioned, but I am trying to taper back just a little to see if I’ll get more girth out of it. The general Idea for me is a morning jelq session when I wake up. Nothing to crazy. I try to keep between 15 and no more than 30 perfect jelqs. I take my time with them. I try to keep the right erection quality. The again at night followed by two clamping sets. I think the Idea is to keep the expansion like that more times a day. I would be careful not to over do it.
