Is it ok to do Newbie Routine 5 days on 2 days off

Just curious.

So for example Mon-Fri do PE exercises and leave sat and sun off instead of doing it 2 days on 1 day off according to the manual.

How about if I wanted to do 6 days on 1 day off? Is that too much?

If your PI’s are good and you have done a consistent PE work for some weeks, I don’t think there is anything bad. I think memento worked 5 on - 2 off and he had great gains. 6 on/1 off is just too much, in my humble opinion.
