Hi!

I am reading story after story and it seems everyone (almost) is gaining but me. I have been disciplined and I have changed routines. I have used heat, rest, pumping, hanging and manual techniques. No results :(

Should I give up? (No!) Should I take a break? What the hell should I do?

Discouraged is a small word right now.

Serious help needed. Thank you!

How about some more info on your routines and general EQ ?

In the last month I’ve re started with a new approach an things are looking up, still hopefull.

That’s what scares me the most. Not gaining or loss of gains. Have you tried V-stretching?

I think sometimes people dive in too aggressively at the start and over train and the tissues thicken before one can see results. I might have done too much after seeing early results and now I have plateaued, and I’m almost afraid to measure again for fear of not making any more gains.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

I think we need more information on your routines so far. Can you go into a little detail of your last routine? Just saying that you did pumping, hanging, stretching, etc. is not enough to really pinpoint any possibilities. Please provide details of how you approached your exercises.

My current routine works sometimes, it has given me gains. But sometimes when I PE as much as usually I just get bad EQ? Do you know why a-unit?

That is a good question. How is your routine? You can have a case of overdoing it. In PE it does seem as though less is more. You may try that out.

There is a common thread amongst all of you and it is called anxiety. May I remind of the hidden factor as I may call it and this is physchological predisposition to grow and this is a reason why I fuck every book, log, routine, different kinds of measurement etc is all out that window. I only concentrate in fucking as many chicks as I can as time is running out for me in the sexual sense:)

Then again I have this theory but I am 56 years old : Younger blokes have strong but less resilient muscles and tissue (colagen) whilst older or old have less mass therefore streching by whatever means becomes easier than for the young ones. testosterone plays an mportant role here as a male hormone to produce muscle mass it is important for erections but no so for penis growth.

But Hey! there is no hard and fast rule it is nothing proven it is only my personal and general opinion

Can you really say that you have ever hung weights in a disciplined manner? You were only hanging a few lbs a few months ago.

If hanging was just too much for you then just say it. You make it sound like nothing is working for you but maybe you are just not able to dedicate yourself. You might have good reasons, no time, no privacy. In that case nothing is going to work for you.

There is no magic PE wand.

skeebo: It’s all there in my (lack of) progress report. Except last month or so, but I have still been at it with hanging 20-80 minutes a day, light jelqing, some pumping sessions (mostly as a warm-up to hanging) and 15-30 minutes of stretching btb every evening. 5 days on 2 off, btb stretches every night.

shelovesit: I have not hung in a disciplined manner in the sense that hangers mean. Compared to manual stretchers I have been stretching my dick off. I have been trying to get up to 10 hours a week but it has not worked out (yet). I was half way up when I tried to switch from the wench to the BiB Starter. Did not work out at all. Felt like the hanger was crushing my dick.

Still… a year. Come on guys. Something should have happened.

Here’s my plan:
- 6 weeks deconditioning break. No PE at all.
- Starting over with hanging. Trying the BiB starter again. Low weights and working up time and weight as I get used to it and understand the hanger.

You may also try using a pump with the correct cylinder size for yourself. Also, if you do use the pump, go to only save pressures. Usually the veteran pumpers say to stay around no more than 5Hg

My advise, forget the decon, stress is good no matter where it comes from.

Just hang. Yes the hanger takes time to get used to. You will adapt. You will be amazed what you will be able to do. Hanging takes a loooooooong time but it works. The sooner you start the better.

I strongly suggest you work with Bigger using the Bib Hanger Support Forum.

It’s like boot camp for hangers and Bigger is your drill sargeant. Bigger is great so I mean this in a respectable way.

Bigger helped me break a 6 month plateau. It just took more applied knowledge.

Again, if you do not have the time or privacy then that is the problem, not the method. Don’t beat yourself up and don’t loose hope.

Just jelqed for 5-7 minutes and feel it was enough. I have a small feeling in my dick now like its been stressed a little. Not a great feeling just a small one but I think my dik is fine with not doing any more workout. Its large and purple. How is ur dik after a session?

Ty sheLovesIt. I will have a decon break anyway as many believe strongly in it. I might have gone overboard with manual stretches and toughened my unit. I don’t know, but it is worth trying to get a second “newbie phase” (better luck this time eeh…).

However I will take your advise on drill sergeant Bigger! :)

Six weeks gives me time to read everything about the hanger (and hanging) and also gives me time to fiddle around with the settings without stress. Also I might need the time to just forget about PE and the feeling of failure.
