1" with newbie routine
Hi,
I’m just curious how many of you have experienced gains of at least 1” in length using JUST the newbie routine. The reason I ask this is because most of the results I have seen seem to come from people that started doing more advanced techniques like clamping or hanging or using extenders shortly after starting PE. While this is something I might consider down the road if initial gains were good, I would personally prefer sticking to the basics for at least the first 6-12 months, and I’m curious if anyone has seen these types of gains in that time period with just the newbie routine exercises.
