1" with newbie routine

Hi,

I’m just curious how many of you have experienced gains of at least 1” in length using JUST the newbie routine. The reason I ask this is because most of the results I have seen seem to come from people that started doing more advanced techniques like clamping or hanging or using extenders shortly after starting PE. While this is something I might consider down the road if initial gains were good, I would personally prefer sticking to the basics for at least the first 6-12 months, and I’m curious if anyone has seen these types of gains in that time period with just the newbie routine exercises.

Stick with the basics, I do not remember for sure but I think I got .75 with the newbie.

Get as much out of the manual routine as you can before starting with devices. You may never need devices.

Well I don’t know where this is going but I’m coming up on 3/4” gain using just the newbie routine after three months.


Start (Oct 2010) NBPEL: 5, BPEL: 5.875 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.25 inches, MID GIRTH: 5

(November 2013) NBPEL: 5.875, BPEL: 6.625 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.625 inches, MID GIRTH: 5

Goal NBPEL(7-7.5)xMEG(5.5-6) (journal)

I did a version of the newbie routine when I started PE and gained .75 inches and a few measurements actually showed close to a one inch gain but I discarded them when I couldn’t confirm them. I’m not exactly sure how long it took but eight months sounds about right according to my memory.

Manual exercises never worked for me. But if they work for you stick with them. Until they stop producing results.

Newbie routine sometimes doesn’t work. For example I never felt real stretch using newbie stretches. But with V-stretches I started gaining fast.

I’m going on an inch and a half almost with just manuals. They work for some really well. I have pulled and jelqed and squeezed my way to 7.4”

Thanks, It’s changed my life. I know I am really lucky to gain like that. When I pull my flaccid it gets really thin and I have almost no dorsal thickening so I’m very lucky. Girth has been Harder but now my thumb and forefinger don’t touch now unless I squeeze. I remember when I was a teen and into my 20’s my thumb and forefinger would overlap. Now it’s my thumb and middle finger that touch. I can’t wait until they got a quarter inch of space between them too.

I gained 1.1 inches in length using only manual stretching and jelqing. Then I took a year off of PE, returned briefly and took another year off LMAO I JUST got back on it like 4 days ago but throughout my entire time I haven’t lost anything that I’ve gained. :)

So it is possible gain that much in under a year, without using advanced techniques. And I’m hoping and will soon find out if I can gain another inch with just jelqs and stretches so I can hit my final goal, having never used hangers or extenders or clamps. :D


Started: 10-18-08 BPEL: 6.3 inches; BPEG: 4.8 inches.

Currently: BPEL 7.4 inches; BPEG: 5.2 inches

Goal: BPEL:8-8.5 inches; BPEG: 6 inches.

I got my inch with manual exercises only. :)

I got 1.3” just from newbie routine.

Just be consistent and results will follow


Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)

I’ve got an inch from manual only too. I’m honestly very hesitant to use devices at all but have clamped a bit and may start hanging at some point.

I do a lot of stretching. Probably more than the newbie routine but I think it works for me.

Hey guys, great gains! I hope that I will be as lucky as all of you.

I started PE in Jan 2011 for 3-4 weeks, then took a week and a half off to restart using the Linear routine. Still no gains as of yet after a week and a half on the Linear routine, but I have noticed an increase in PE through erection quality and morning wood.

Did any of you 1+ inchers take the linear approach?
