Can I do this routine everyday for two weeks Newbie routine
It’s not very intensive and I don’t get very sore and I think it’s a nice way to introduce my penis into PE’ing.
Warmup/Stretch - 10min
Jelq - 50 strokes
Warmdown/stretch - 5min
Kegels - 25
Then I can add more jelqs and then later on do days off/on.
Also, the most recent session I had, I tried visualizing things that arouse me to pump blood into my penis, while I never got fully erect, I got like maybe 70%-80%, would you guys recommend this? It felt great doing that and I only did 50 strokes.
Current: : NBPEL = 5.5" BPEL=5.75" EG=4"
Long Term Goal: BPEL= 7" EG= 5"
