1 Month In
I’m one month in and trying to keep at this. I’m excited about the potential to increase my size. I could care less whether it’s length or girth. I’ve actually seen that some members have increased length through girth exercises. I’ve been jelqing, clamping and doing erect bends. One that that’s noticeable is that my EQ has increased, so that’s a positive. Any advice out there? Routines that are tried and true?
