0.6 Inches In 4 1/2 Months!

At first, I was not going to write anything, I still cannot believe this stuff actually works, and I constantly try to find a way to say that I measured wrong the first time, or that there is some error. However, I clocked in today with my highest BP Measurement, I took it from the side because I remember taking a measurement from the side before I started. The highest I can remember getting from the side in the few times I measured from there is about a legit 7.2 inches, I allow some room for error so I am saying that this is approximately a 0.6 inch gain.

Girth has been another deal. I still fluctuate, sometimes I can hit a legit 5 inches, or maybe even slightly more (thickest part of mid shaft) other times, I am still more like 4.8, flaccid girth has drastically increased when fluffed or semi-erect, I would say like 0.5 inches. I would say I probably gained a solid 0.1 inches in girth so far.

The thing I am starting to learn about getting any kinds of gains its that you need to understand your penis, and look alot into EQ, the better the EQ I am getting, the better the gains or so I think. There have been several people on here who I understand couldn’t gain anything, and then had huge gains once they understood how to really incorporate this into their routine.

I know, for me anyways, my EQ determines how I gain. If my EQ is shitty, I don’t gain at all. If it’s high, I seem to gain, but slowly.

btw my BP is 7.87 from the side, 7.6-7.7 from the top

I should probably post a question of mine here as well. At what point does length stop being practical, I mean if I get .35 more in length or so, I will hit 8 inches BP, probably 7 NBP, is there any reason to keep going or will it cause more discomfort, also whats the deal with the cul de sac?

I think you will want to go beyond 7 inches, I am around there and it still doesn’t feel like enough inside girls :( .

Thats awesome man, Do you have your routine posted anywhere UT? Im curious, I am 3 months into my routine and have had 0 gains so far. It sucks lol

Congrats on the gains! In my opinion anything once you are over 7.5 in length you are gaining length only for yourself not the girls. Granted all girls are different, but in my experience, I could cut an inch off of my dick and have it be plenty. As you know we are generally PEing for ourselves not the ladies.

Good job man. I agree with the EQ thing. Also, you gotta take care of yourself in a holistic sense. At least I do, since I am not 18 any longer and can’t masturbate 8 times a day. Eat well, exercise, edge a lot, don’t cum all the time, good warm ups and stretches - these are absolutely key. With jelquing and stretching and kegels your EQ goes way up.

I don’t have much in a specific routine, I never did. I just did the newbie for a little over 2 months, and then started trying some variations of stretching, squeezes and jelqs. I would say that another contributor for my gains is that I have lost weight. However, these gains all came from BP so I don’t think its fat pad. Also, I eat healthy, and I probably work out a total of 7-8 hours/week pretty hard.

One of the other things I do is take a nitric oxide supplement. This in itself will do nothing to add actual size, but with exercises i think it really helps expand your penis, and I have heard other successful memebers speak highly of it.

It seems to me that PE parallels working out in the gym in several ways, and one of them is that it’s not always about your workout, I have seen guys go in the gym 5 hours/day, 6-7 days a week and wonder why they never get any bigger, and I have seen guys go in 3 days/week 45 minutes/ day and gain alot of strength and size. Meanwhile, bodybuilders and athletes are always trying to find the perfect routine.

I would say how you eat, sleep, and whether you workout the gym at a fairly intense rate will all effect your PE more than your routine, and understanding your penis helps a ton.

mmmk, are you talking about 7.5 BP, or NBP? It seems that surveys indicate 7.5 inches to be somewhere around the upper 10% but I certainly don’t feel I am in the top 1/10 in length, and I’m even a little over 7.5
