Damn freaking 2 months off lost me .25 inches pls help

Hi I have taken 2 months break from PEing and I lost .25 inches. Is this normal? Is there a way to get my 6 inches back?

I started in august and my overall gain is about .75 inches. Just wondering what is the average retraction length after some period of time thanks.

Unfortunately it seems that gains are not 100% permanent and depending of each person.
take a look of this thread:
PE and "Permanence"
(main member forum - ‘P.E. and permanence’)

cos

It’s probably just the .25 that wasn’t there long enough to be cemented. You will regain it quickly and while you are cementing it, maybe another .25 will be added.

BUmp, gains were not cemented.

I would suggest to be back in PEing to gain your 6 inches back. Also, don’t take a break that long. 2-3 weeks at most, and if you dont have time for Peing, do at least a maintenance phase, which take only 10-15 min,1-2-3 times a week at most. My 2 cents

Have you been monitoring your FSL (flaccid stretch length) measurements?

Does anyone know if gains are made more easily the second time around? What I mean is if you gain .75 in and take a break and lose .25 in, will it be easier to gain back the .25 when you start PEing again. I know it’s like this with weightlifting (at least for me anyways). Any thoughts?

I believe that is the case.

So .25 is the average retraction length?

Cos after reading a couple of replies on that link PE is kinda discouraging cause of the hard work that I put in while peing and realizing that it is just temporary gain.

So if I stay on break another 2 months .25 inches will be gone? And another 2 months .25 inches will be gone? And another 2 months another .25 inches will be gone? Hah I’m back to 5 inches. Man that sucks can somebody confirm this.

Btw does maintenance really work?

Not quite.. If you gain an inch over a years time, then stop you may lose .25” period. So you gain 1.25” if you want to maintain your 1” gain. For me this is a lifetime thing, and a light maintenance program is nothing at all to keep all my gains. Your gains become permanent over a period of time, it’s up to you to figure out how long of a time you need.

I think that maintenance is very important. I took 2 months off and lost some of my new eg (around .25” also.) I’m still working to get it back even though I’m not really working girth too much. Hopefully you can get back into the swing of things and reclaim your .25” quickly, and then some. Good luck with that.

Yes maintenance work. The word is saying it all : maintain your gains.

30 minutes a week to maintain my gains ? A joke. I would without a doubt.

You don’t want to take off that long if you don’t have to. Taking breaks is a bad idea. It’s just like bodybuilding…you don’t take a 3 month long break from it and expect to be in the same shape as when you stopped…if you are in the same shape, you’re in a sliver of a percent of people who can magically do it somehow. If you’re like everyone else though, you gotta keep it up…and a light maintenence routine of just 3 days a week will be more than enough. Just run through a VERY abbreviated version of your session, and do each of the exercizes you normally do for just a minute or two each. Follow that routine and you’ll keep your size for life.
