I’m wondering if any of the MDs or someone with some knowledge can help me out here.

I had an undescended testicle as a child which was descended by surgery.

I am unsure as to what was done really, and i am hoping to try to stretch the testicle so it hangs a little lower in my scrotal sac. At the minute it always stays quite high and doesn’t hang like the other one.

I know very little of the procedure which was performed on me when I was about 5? or 6? Other than they create a pouch for the testicle to stop it from re-ascending into the body (I think)….

Would trying to stretch it down a bit be dangerous or a bad idea for any reason?

I would really ask the doc about that.

Take no risks, dude. However, someone here might have another opinion.

The rationale for bringing the testicle down is to have it in a place where it can be easily examined since undescended testicles are at higher risk of developing cancer. I don’t know how “tight” that nut is up in the scrotum so I cannot tell you whether an attempt to stretch would be even possible. I doubt that it is worth the effort though, lots of elasticity in the scrotum and its likely just to spring back to its original confiuguration without being affected.

Check it out guys, no need to have a big dick if you ain't gonna use it!!

I had the same experience


I can respond to you based on my own personal experience. I also had an undescended testicle (right one)as a young boy and had surgery to correct the problem at the age of 8 years.

I always had a tight ballsac in general as an adult where there was minimal hang, if any. When I discovered PE not only did I work on lengthening my dick but also the hang of my nutsac. Both have gone very well over the past 3 years.

So, I can say to you that stretching my sac has not caused any problems whatsoever. To accomplish what I’ve gained, I’ve used a combination of vacuum pumping to really stretch out the skin of the sac and daily manual stretching to stretch the testicle cords. If you don’t pump, then at least do the daily manual stretches (an ok grip around the sac between the shaft and sac and gently pulling away from your body will work). It doesn’t take as long to affect a change in the stretch and hang of your nutsac, as it does for your dick. So, if it’s an issue for you, as it was for me, I say go ahead.

Apparantly it is not good to apply more than 2 lbs of pressure on the balls, as it can eventually cause some neural damadge, so be gentle. Try holding something weighing 2lbs/1kilo in your hand to asess how much resistance your arm uses to keep it still. Then use that amount of resistance in your arm to push down on your nuts, or less. 10 mins a day should do it I recon. Ocassionaly tugging throughout the day at that pressure aswel maybe.

I used to use those two piece weights, sometimes more than one, and I’m certain that I aggravated a weakness and gave myself a left inguinal hernia by pulling on the spermatic cord with too much force. I had a surgical repair and now only stretch the scrotal skin.
