Let me add, that as a former (and admittedly still occasional) “sufferer” of retarded ejaculation, I have no problem not cumming as it is. I think I know, or at least have some idea of what mark says when he talks about every thrust being very pleasurable.

While it takes me a few minutes to reach this point, once I get in the right position (doggy for me), and with the right state of mind permitting, I can thrust away getting great pleasure from each thrust and basically orgasm whenever I choose just by “letting go” and increasing the thrusting speed.

While just thrusting is pleasurable, it doesn’t match the full body release and ecstasy of a full blown orgasm. I can’t imagine forfeiting this. Like I said, if you can somehow reach this state of pleasure without ejaculation I’d like to know how.

Yataghan, ejaculation is just a muscle spasm that ejects semen. The first rule to retaining your ejaculate is to realize whole-heartedly that there is actually a distinction between orgasm and ejaculation. However, Westerners generally associate the two and often think of them as one. The second rule to retaining your ejaculate is to realize whole-heartedly how important it actually is, and conversely how detrimental ejaculating is. I mean think about it: your body creates 50-250 MILLION sperm per load, each capable of creating a human life. Your body puts a hell of a lot of work into that and throwing it in the trash is ill-advised! You lose energy that could literally be used to help bolster your health.

If you want to get good at withholding your ejaculate, you need to strengthen your PC muscle. I assume you are familiar with kegels, but if you aren’t go ahead and search the forums. This muscle is instrumental in blocking the ejaculation when it feels immanent. Another important thing to know about is what occurs during or close to ejaculation. I’ll just tell you, your testicles pull close to your body and your breathing gets shallow and fast. In your journey to avoiding ejaculation, you can massage your testicles and pull them downward, away from your body whenever you notice that they are in the process of pulling close (ie. preparing to ejaculate). Also, you need to control your breathing. If fast, shallow breaths are conducive to ejaculation, you need to maintain deep, slow breaths throughout your sexual experience.

Another thing to note is that non-ejaculatory orgasms are quite different from their ejaculatory counter-parts. They are more like full-body waves that overtake you for several seconds at a time, sometimes longer or back to back. But you’ve got to get a grip on avoiding ejaculation before you can experience the orgasms associated with that. Don’t expect to have orgasms at all the first few times you experiment with non-ejaculation. The only goal in these first sessions is to not ejaculate.

Yataghan, I just noticed your newest post. My advice would be to not ejaculate for a week, and when your goal is no longer to ultimately ejaculate, you will begin exploring more within that sexual experience and you will find the powerful orgasms. I prefer the non-ejaculatory orgasms not just because they save me from being depleted, but because they feel great and I can have five or more during sex..

Still recovering 8 hours later, I think for the day it’s over , not able to do any good PE session. I slept for 3 hours , I think you notice the drain more if you don’t come for a while.

It took it out of me, hoping to recover and be back on form tomorrow. If I hadn’t come I think I would have done at least an hour of edging and jelqing by now. My interactions were sexual but I think not having the orgasmic energy flowing like it has been for the last few days , the girls may have been more sexual towards me. When you don’t come for about a week , your energy is so high and sexually charged I think it comes out in your body language and tone of voice. And girls can feel it easy.

I was reading today about how a lot of guys probably began masturbating as children in a hurry before they got caught. This routine of quick ejaculations carries over into sex and contributes to the dreaded premature ejaculation. Avoiding ejaculations takes that problem and shatters it with a sledge hammer.

I ejaculated last two nights ago. Yesterday I felt just as good as before I ejaculated, which is very good. Today I feel about as I did yesterday. What does that mean to this withholding theory?

Means you should try and withhold for 10 days , to experience if there is a difference for yourself.

Try and hold your ejaculate for 10 days if you don’t feel any better then you know, if you feel a whole lot better, or maybe you will feel jut the same.

My experience was good but then , that was just my experience I could be completely wrong. Find out for yourself and post your own findings.
