It would be of interest and value to this discussion, to know what happens to the sperm and other fluids lost during ejaculation when there is no ejaculation and they are retained in the body.

I do a 2 days on, 1 off PE routine, usually I try to ejaculate after the second day session, so I usually come twice per week.

I do find holding back advantageous for erection frequency but if I only ejaculate once or no times per week, I end up having wet dreams.

I think as you age, decreasing the frequency of ejaculations definitely helps. HOWEVER, in my experience, nothing supercharges that like dialing in your PE.

Truly, if I get my PE right, I get wood most of the nite, raging hard erections and drastically cut refractory period, so much so that I stay hard after cumming for a long time. PLUS it totally feels like it boosts my testosterone levels, greatly increased horniness plus I can cum more frequently without losing that desire for more.

If I do too much or too little PE, I can lose my nite and morning wood completely, as well as all other catagories of EQ drop.

When I limit my ejaculations to a few a week,PLUS dial in my PE, its like I’m 18 again, and I’m 51 right now.

Hi great post, I’ve been moving towards a 2 goals recently which have both given me a great deal of insight.

Goal 1 stop watching porn , this is going very well haven’t seen any for 11 days and I think I have broke that problem,and have gained real world motivation.

Goal 2 stop wasting my ejaculate, this is the goal that has lead me too you. I think your post is very insightful as I haven’t ejaculated for over 6 days. My dick feels hot and in good shape, with good blood flow and nice “testosterone energy” throughout my body. My question dose this continue to feel the same all the time or does the horny strong male energy wear off after a while and that’s when I need to ejaculate and start the whole process of building energy again. In my experience, you will continue feeling this way as long as you limit your ejaculations! Obviously you have discovered some success already, and I encourage you to keep moving in this direction. While Westerners are wary of this radical concept, people have actually been practicing it with great success for thousands of years. The great thing I find is that instead of depleting yourself through each sexual encounter, you are cumulatively gaining prowess.

Another day without release, I was in the gym last night and killed it, just pumping weights hard. Had an extra reserve of energy to tap in to when was pushing.

Lessons to learn.

I’m not going to beat myself up about this as I did push my self a little near the edge allot, I wanted to see if my boundaries have been extended and they have.
