Cool I think I will construct one and test it out. I think they are just for circumcised guys so they can “restore” lost sensitivity from the glans always being exposed.not exactly sure. Check out some of the before and after photo’s on that site.I wonder if they are legit.

I have been using it along with the TLC tugger for about 15 months now to restore my foreskin. I have gained about 1/2 inch of shaft skin in that time. :)
The cone alone does not work for me yet, because I still don’t have enough slack shaft skin. :(
I was cut very tight as a kid. :( :(
