My 8” BPEL looks smaller because my dick skin still wants to be 5.75” BPEL.
I think we have underestimated to importance of stretching skin in our routine. Skin takes a long time to stretch permanently and should be a regular part of our workout. Why? I’ve gained about 2.25” since 2003 (long time, I know). Now I finally measured my dick at 8” BPEL. I didn’t realize was that my dick was 8” months ago, but it wouldn’t measure that long. Every time I pushed the ruler into my pubic bone, it would pull my dick into my body a bit. Not alot, but enough to make me think I was stuck at 7.75. After spending a month stretching my skin, I finally measured an 8.

What skin stretching exercises really work?

An 8” dick can look like a 6” if:
1) You have a big turkey neck.
2) The distance between your ball sack and your dick stays the same.
3) Your fat pad pulls up with your dick.
4) Your skin pulls your dick in when you measure.

Now that I reached 8”, I’m going to focus 90% of my workout on skin stretching.

what is your skin stretch routine? I thought for some time now that skin was a limiting factor for me. I’ve PEed for over a year now with absolutely zero skin growth.


PE START (11/10/07) 6.0 NBP x ~5.1 CURRENT (3/07/08) 6.75 NBP x 5.5 - 7.25 BPEL

1/4" with Noose extender (11/06-03/07) - Zero gains with Vac-hanging/Extender and ADS (05/07-11/07) -

1/2" gain with modified Vac-Extender (/w spring loaded compression bars) and manual routine since 1/10/08. ----- Having erection issues? Get off the aspartame! I did and a couple months later my cock is hard as a rock!

What is your routine ? :)

I have too much skin, I’m trying to keep my skin out of the stretching program. Your most probably cut right?

I’m more concerned with girth at this point, but I also have quite a bend on my dick. Stretching is know to correct this as well right?

FastStretcher, my skin stretch routine is simple. Too simple if you ask me. I just pull my glans up toward my chest and pull my ball sack the other direction. Its not very comfortable and results come too slowly. Any Ideas?

NoPain, my routine now is manual stretching, occasional clamping, and a home-made extender device.

King, yes I’m cut. I suppose being un-cut you wouldn’t have this problem. When my erection is at full mast, I have a 2” turkey neck that makes my dick look 2” smaller.

I did notice a bit of turkey neck developing when I started jelqing last year, but since then I’ve used one hand to jelq and one to hold the skin back. That prevents me from having any skin build up. I can understand what your saying and can see how it could be annoying. Good luck with that. Congratulations on your continued gains as well, from all those years ago.

Remember that a turkey neck doesn’t develop from the act of jelqing. It comes from growth. The skin under your shaft is likely the same size in always has been, but your dick has grown a bit. As your dick get erect, the skin under your shaft start to pull up because its not long enough.

I’m trying to develop some type of ADS for the skin under your shaft.

Some skin stretching exercises...

I’m also stretching my skin manually, and I am noticing a huge difference in flaccid hang AND erection quality. No more balls migrating into the base of my dick.

I usually spend two sessions a day stretching the skin, and I try to focus on stretching the skin ABOVE my turkey neck area. To find it, all you do is hold your penis straight out (make sure it’s warm so your balls hang), and pull your scrotum outward little by little as you move your hand to where the skin connects and disappears to your shaft. You want to focus on stretching the skin that does not become part of your scrotum.

Here is what I do:

1. Two handed stretch. Once I’ve located the area I want to stretch, I grasp two hands around my penile shaft (can be done erect; sometimes it may even be easier to do it that way). One hand stretches the skin up towards the glans, the other stretches it back towards the base.

You may just be fine with the first stretch, but if you want that extra kick, try this.

2. Dorsal/ventral isolated stretch. If you have enough shaft skin to roll over the glans while flaccid, grip either the bottom area (ventral) or top area (dorsal), and pull it out. Just like if you took your hands and stretched your bottom lip or top lip. I use my other hand to cover my scrotum and hold it back (yes this also intensifies the stretch).

I spend about 10-15 min a day doing these (morning session, night session, and during piss breaks).

I’m almost sure that my turkey neck was from jelqing because I get a lot of ball skin in my jelgs and can feel the skin stretch. I’m cut, but lately I’ve been getting kind of a partial foreskin while flaccid. I should probably start doing your stretch too though.

Ahhh…Thanks for explaining. So that is the reason I have about a 2-3 inch turkey neck. I know I have grown around 2-3 inches.

Also, Wt and everyone else in this thread, thank you guys so much for posting this info. I have been looking for a solution for my turkey neck for so damn long. I even started a thread a while ago about the dreaded thing: Official Turkey Neck Thread!. I will give these exercises a try religiously.

Another thing, I suspect we want to stretch the skin as much and as hard as possible to get the best results right? I mean it doesn’t have a negative effect or won’t toughen like a tunica right?

It won’t toughen, but mine has gotten a little dry around the area I stretch. Your skin will dictate how intense you can stretch it. It will burn/tingle and that is a good sign. It will cause some discomfort. Yes, you can overdo it and hurt the skin/cause it to tear. I’ve done that and believe me, you’ll know it! It’s a sharp stabbing pain, and it made me instantly release my stretch. Ideally, I try to take my skin to its limit right before that happens. That’s what gives me the best stretch. So 5, 10, 15, even 20 min sessions will do nothing but help, just make sure to stretch the skin below the turkey neck attachment point, and use the spare hand to keep the balls pushed away from the direction you are stretching (if you can).

Edit: You do not have to hold each stretch for the entire session. I usually do 20-30 second intervals. Once in a while, I’ll see if I can hold it for a solid minute.
