Well hydrated, no ejac for a few days, 3-5mg yohimbine, then getting the BC muscle timing just right. I’d clamp right to the last second then just as the spasm started I’d reverse from a contraction to pushing it (like when you’re trying to pee) which seemed to assist the projectile. I got 6-8 ft with this standing up if the timing was just right, maybe half that if it was out of sync. The yohimbine seemed to up the pressure behind it enormously, but for me at least, it’s a tough one to dose correctly as too much and you feel like shit.

Are you saying Cernitin gives you bigger loads, or helps you shoot what you have farther?

It seems like my “ropes” (orgasmic contractions) are stronger, like they come from a deeper place, and there’s more of them. So since I’ve been taking Serogen, my loads have been simply “bigger.” The “shooting” part of it has to do with what a few members have posted here, achieved by using various techniques … Called “pinching” or clamping,” if you do this right, you’ll “shoot” further. But if you use this Serogen stuff to stregthen your vas deferens and ejaculatory ducts, you’ll add contractions. Basically you are tapping into your already-existing semen wells and just able to pump more out. The deeper your semen wells, the more you’re gonna see.
