Routine For EQ, Stamina And Ejaculation Volume

My conclusion at this point is that for us to improve EQ, stamina and ejaculation volume; routine should be kegels and heat massage.
PE related exercises should be extremely light. I’ve noticed many times when I abuse sex or PE my EQ falls. When leaving PE light I can punish my cock in bed, which I’d rather.

Do you guys know what I mean? Hardcore sex for the night could it be smiliar to a PE session?

When I make a very light routine, sex goes fine. If I exceed a little EQ goes down. So should I take a longer decon break?
I’m thinking about doing only kegels, balls pumping and massage to improve EQ. At this point I no longer want length or girth.

Kegel and an edging regimen. And of course a clean healthy diet with proper nutrition, least amount of stress (cortisol), quality sleep schedule and healthy amount of sun (vitamin D).

Kegels is always the answer. Do as many as you can throughout the day. Also do a main kegel routine, where you train with an erection. The contractions during an erection are very intense and will give results faster. Use your hand to provide resistance and kegel hard to “fight” against your palm.

Testicles have been great after massage and heat as well. I do cardio and Pilates. Only fault on my diet is candy, and with this covid shit I’ve surely put on some weight.
Sex drive is also improved a lot after balls routine.

So now my routine:
Trying to get to 300 upper kegels, I’ve done to 200 max couldn’t go further.
I’ve just added erect kegels who were very hard to perform, 30reps got me exausted.

IR lamp bundle massage and soft jelks and pulls for 20min. 2x a day. Lots of all kinds of creams to lube.

Got rid of pump, rings and extenders. Let’s see how it goes. One thing I’ve noticed so far it’s a much more difficult routine to follow and keep up.

Dude that is way too many kegels, and you need to perform reverse kegels with it. Our you can over exhaust your PC musicians make it too tight which you don’t want
