Jelking made my EQ better, but pumping really did the trick for me. I started pumping and taking L-Arginine and my EQ is through the roof. Really, a night and day difference. I’ve noticed my erections are still less reliable when under significant doses of caffeine or adderall (similar to ephedrine, right?) I don’t have depression so I cannot directly relate, but stay persistent and try these! Pumping really worked. Not even huge sets, just little 2 or 3 minute ones, until I can get used to more time.
