How should a "haemophilia A" guy practice PE?

I wrote an article about PE at a site, and 2 guys emailed me for help so far. One of those guys said he had that disease: haemophilia A

He said there’s a risk of “sudden bleedings”. He also said he’s very interested in PE and wants to do it.
I want to help him, but I want to be sure.

So to all medicine related members here: what is the risk? Can he do jelqs, stretching, etc? What exactly is the risk about this disease? Is his tissues over-sensitive? Any suggestions?

Good question kaan, and one that I do not feel qualified to answer. I would expect that at the very least he should stay away from clamping and aggressive girth work.

It will be interesting to see what opinions the medical professionals have on this.

People with hemophilia (U.S. spelling) masturbate. People with the disease stretch and extend their bodies. Mild or gentle PE exercises such as manual stretching and jelqing could probably be done. Kegels, too, of course. Remember that many newbies get the red dots on the glans and those are broken capillaries. A guy with hemophilia could end up with some nasty bruises rather than just red dots if he jelqs too hard. I’d suggest not going beyond the basic exercises, done with less force than most, and avoiding any advanced things like pumping, clamping or hanging. They should stop and probably abandon PE if they have any bruising at all.
