Hard bumps...

I’m not sure how long I’ve had these, at least a couple of months, but not sure if more and not sure if they’re from PE…

There’s ~5 hard bumps right on the underside of my head in that soft area, the frenulum is it called? The biggest one looks kinda like a blackhead, but I wasn’t sure that you could get blackheads down there. The others are smaller and also hard, there doesn’t seem to be any fluid or anything involved.

Anyone have any ideas about this, and if so is it from PE? I wash myself regularly…

Sometimes a circumcision will leave little pockets in the area of the frenulum in which smegma (vile sounding word) can collect. This will harden within the pocket and create a bump.
