Hi guys. I have been one of those stupid people who have had an account for the longest time but never really followed anything, I would read on and off and recently decided I would go ahead and started doing PE. My first step was to stop watching porn and masterbating, I had developed an addiction meaning I couldn’t jack off unless I watched porn. I have lessened it greatly to almost once every other week. I started PE and I am on the beginner routine and also edge I started just a few days ago(( I have however been always kegeling on and off for a year).. One thing I have noticed while having sex with my new GF( I had been jacking off mostly for the greater part of the year before her) that my erection is not as hard as it used to be last year. Also when I go for round 2 the erection is only hard enough to penetrate and not that hard to be honest. Third time the erection is only good enough when it initially gets hard and then if I pull out and don’t put it back in soon it goes soft enough to make penetration hard. I just turned 23 and am not overweight at the slightest. I have however started working out with my PE to get the most out of the PE and sex with my new GF. I want to know if there are any tips on how to get my dick to become harder overtime, especially the 2ND time. I do kegel and I edged only a few times and I think I almost mastered my PONR today I tested it almost 10 times and even tested it with porn and was able to stop it every single time at the very last second possible just by stopping and not letting my dick contract (without even kegeling),this didn’t happen before so I can see a direct result of kegels helping me out. I used to have my penis literally stand up when I was hard and if I contracted I could make it hit my belly, but not anymore :( One of the things I think that may be causing weak erections might be my porn intake but I don’t know if that is it. I have no issue getting turned on when doing the real thing, it’s just not that hard anymore. Any help on anything and tips with anything would be greatly appreciated, especially on how to get my dick as hard as it used to be.

Hi rghulamg, I am 24 and like you I started PEing only a around a week ago.
My erections have gotten really low and I cannot afford to have a third round anymore.

Please tell me what is your PE routine ( with duration and order ), and especially the force of your jelqing and stretching.
Also if you do a massage to your penis after jelqing and how long it takes.

I’m curious, also. Jelqing should help improve erection quality. It almost sounds like you and rghulamg are over doing things.

What should be the force the grip while jelqing ?

And how the massage should be done, maybe that my massage technique is what drives the overwork !

Telling us you entire routine would be helpful. It will allow others to chime in with their insights. However, your grip should be just tight enough to trap blood between both your hands. Until then checkout the link below. While you’re there check all the videos in that thread. They are extreme helpful.

In my little experience, if your EQ is poor maybe you are overtraining. Take 02 weeks off and restart.

P.s: Never jelq with high EQ.

My routine is:

5mins hot wrap

5 mins stretching:

( Downwards, up words, 5o’clock then 7 o clock)
The force applied so that I could feel my ligs stretching but not too much so I don’t cut them or idk what.

10mins jelqing ( 30% erect ) - (sitting)

5 min ok grip, with a high force in order to stress the tissues and veins
5 min inverted ok grip, penis looks to the floor while I am sitting, the force of the grip is about the same as previous, but I feel there’s more blood pressed !

4mins massaging

I massage with bot my hands, repeated movement from the base to the top of my penis, like smooth jelqing ( my erection goes up to 50% )

I have watched those videos and saved them on my computer, but I believe that the guy practices jelqing on a 60% erection, and the grip is really strong as if blood is gonna come out of his glans! ( This is not for newbies I think )

That video is for newbies, and 30% erection level isn’t enough. The reason the guy in the video looks to have such a strong grip is because his erection level is around 60%, not because he’s choking it to death. The goal is to engorge the chambers of the penis in order to allow more blood. This enlarges the penis, and improves EQ. A 30% erection level isn’t going to allow for that.

I think the problem is the time you’re putting into you workout. I think 5 minutes of jelqing is a lot, espesially for a newbie. Instead of keeping track of your jelqs in minutes, try counting strokes. It’s much easier to be consistant this way. Start out with 100 strokes at 60-80% erection level with a moderate grip, and increase your strokes from there. Say 25-50 stroke every two weeks. Remember it’s your dick, not your enemy. Lol

Guys I have actually only done the beginner routine as laid out for only about a week. I am not saying my erections have gone down because of PE, they have just gone down overall in the past year, mostly I think because of porn. As for applying too much force, that is not the case because if anything I apply less force than more. I am very careful with the force I apply. I was just hoping to find some tips to improve erections overall.

Your issue sounds exactly like what I was experiencing before I started PE.. Masturbated frequently to a lot of porn for a long time, started dating a girl and realized my erections were quite soft and easily killed. I also found it difficult to bring myself to orgasm, which really worried me as she’s very attractive and my lust-o-meter pegs whenever she touches me. My dick just wasn’t used to it. It was desensitized by porn and had trouble accepting the new sensations her body was providing.

I cut down almost completely on porn and my girlfriend and I started talking about sex much more frequently. It helps that she’s so open. It also helps that she’s a major freak. I really believe a portion of EQ and sexual performance is psychological and emotional. You can gauge your libido and EQ by yourself, masturbating, edging whatever, but when you’re intimate with someone else things shift a little. I felt like we both put in some effort to realign my sexuality with our relationship, and draw my erotic sensitivity away from porn and focus it on our own encounters. This helped a lot. My hard-ons literally rise and fall (to an extent) depending on the emotional climate. So consider that.

I started the newbie routine shortly thereafter and EQ and libido improved markedly again. I started a strength training regimen based around heavy compound exercises, which is alleged to increase free testosterone. Whatever the reason, this improved things as well. I just recently began supplementing with Maca to try and push things further. We’ll see how that goes.

Yea this sounds exactly like my situation, and my girl is a very open and a freak also lol, which is helping me stay off porn for now. I am going to completely eliminate porn and hopefully get back to my previous EQ. I am also going to start a strength program, I have been doing all body weights for the last couple of weeks to get my body in a workout mind set and I hope to recover overall like you did. As for supplements I really don’t want to use any until I am back to (what I consider) my normal EQ and then possibly in the future look into L-Arginine to push things further.
