Any Success Curing Pre Ejacuation with Reverse Kegels?

I noticed that kegels give me premature ejaculation. When I don’t do them for weeks, my erection is not as hard but I can last longer during sex. The opposite happens when I do them 3-4 days a week. Its to the point where Im ready to blow 1-4 mins after I put it in. That part doesn’t bother me as much because I can kegel and hold the cum inside when I reach the ponr. But I was wondering if anyone with Premature ejaculation has cured it by using a higher % of reverse kegels to kegel ratio?

Yes that’s a reverse kegel

Yes, doing more Reverse Kegels than Regular Kegels may help balance your pelvic floor muscles.

Also Squats helps too, in addition to their many benefits, squatting stretches your pelvic floor muscles by strengthening the glutes.

Just remember that balance is the key, overstretching the muscle group may lead to weakened erection or worse, ED.

This is my first post. I have been reading for quite some time since before becoming a member, but was compelled to post in this thread.

After I started my PE routine I implemented kegels tot increase my EQ. What I found after a while is indeed that I started to suffer from premature ejaculation.
I was always on the quick side, but at one point I couldn’t even last a minute before ejaculating. Because I had no idea what might have caused it I consulted my doctor.
He prescribed anti-depressants and I’ve used them for a while but stopped within a month because of the extreme side effects.

After researching more I concluded that the muscular imbalance in the pelvic region should be the cause.
It’s hard for me to explain as English isn’t my mother language (I’m Dutch), but the kegels seems to have been the culprit.
Lately I’ve dropped the kegels completely an started doing the reverse kegels instead.
I started doing them after everytime I went to the toilet and the results were pretty good.
I can keep pounding away for quite some time now.

The catch is that if you start kegeling while having sex, the problem comes back. Flexing my abs and the inner muscles underneath can cancel out the negative of the kegel movement.
Once I feel that I start pumping blood in, I need to stop en adjust my position to be able to keep going at it without problems.

But is a reverse kegel when you trying to push out the piss or is it when you trying to push out a fart/shit? Or is is the same exercise?

I have been doing the exercise when i’m trying to force out the piss.

They are both reverse kegels Kallea. The pissing one is a reverse kegel of the Bulbocavernosus muscle, the farting one is a reverse kegel of the Pubococcygeus muscle. They are both important to do to develop a balanced pelvic floor, and to learn to stay relaxed during sex.

I’ve had success with reverse kegels but i’m unsure how often you have to do this. I do PE Monday, wednesday and fridays and doing reverse kegels tuesdays and thursdays. Any advice on this?
