I have been taking L-arginine, damiana, muir puama, rhodiola, schizandra and ginko biloba for some time. I can’t say I have noticed any effect for PE, but I think I have had better muscles gains than expected. Ofcourse this is only my experience, and I might just be happy with my muscle pump.

I did however try 25mg of viagra a few days ago: damn, that was a nice pump/jelq session.

I got the V when I was young (2005) and mistook too much PE for erection problems! I never tried it until now.

After 1 month of hanging 5-6lbs BTC: 1/4" gain in BPEL and BPFSL!

Arginine and Lysine when combined together help boosed hgh (supposedly). Just make sure to cyle off and on these two after about 2-3 months since you’re going to develop a tollerance and arginine wont work at well. Same goes for any stimulants like caffeine or T-boosters.

I was wondering if anyone here has tried genf20 plus? It’s a HGH releaser that has alot of the ingredients mentioned around this site. I’ve also tried searching on this site for HGH to see if that helps with penis growth but I haven’t found anything. I though that this would be a pretty popular topic and I’m hoping I’m just not horrible at searching things up. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hey guys first post on here, how ya guys doin? I’m doing okay myself, but things could always be better, and BIGGER! Okay so I’m strictly a pumper. About 2 years now with good erect girth gains and flaccid gains. I have tried pretty much all of the popular supplements listed on here, and have properly cycled them. Though even with cycling it seems I never get that “WOW” factor anymore when using them with my pump sessions, that “extra” pump I mean. I’m open to any new supplements, but my main focus has almost always been arginine because its the one thing that was very consisent for me.

Problem now is that even the arginine seems to not give me that extra pump anymore. I am not over/undertrained, so I can safely rule that out. I have been taking a high quality powder form “AAKG” arginine for awhile now. Before that I was just taking random 500mg capsules/tablets form that you pick up in most stores. I almost want to say that the tablet form was better for me, but I can’t prove it. Maybe I am taking the wrong dosage the wrong way? Always take 1-2grams in a glass of water about an hour before a session. Maybe an hour isn’t enough time for it to kick in? I’m pretty much at a loss on this.

What are you guys thoughts on arginine and pumping? Best time to take? Best dosage? Best form, pill, capsule, powder? I am looking for the “WOW” factor again. I thought of trying 4-6 grams but I’m thinking it won’t make a difference and just be a waste. Thoughts?

Only after 4 days on lecithin, L-arginine, and zinc, I already notice a change. Usually I have only 5 large, full busts, with a sharp decline during bust 6 and 7, with maybe only a dribble at bust 8. I just got 6 full busts, a larger than average 7th trailing-off bust, and a decent 8th bust, and dribbling beyond 9.

Gotta keep this up. Can’t wait to see what happens in the coming weeks (pun MOST DEFINITELY intended), and when I add pygeum.

Most of this stuff I throw into a Vitamix blender with raw cacao (chocolate) powder and coconut water and make an herbal chocolate milk. Cacao is a vasodialator, meaning it opens up blood vessels, allowing more nutrient delivery - so is cayenne. In colder months I do spicy chocolate drinks and even hot chocolate elixirs this way - hot water opens up the stomach and allows for even more absorption . Typically I do this as a super protein shake with either 2-5TBSP of hemp seeds, or a big scoop of Sunwarrior protein powder. These supplements are so nutrient dense, particularly the supergreens like spirulina, chlorella, E3 live, and the bee products, that you could live on them alone if you needed to.
