Supplements

So if one wanted to sum up a stack for vasodilation, what would it be?

L-Arginine.

HGW.

Niacine (this stuff worries me. I’ve seen people flushing because of it. No fun).

…?

L-Arginine is a PE wonder-supplement!!

The “flush” from Niacin is proof of the vasodilation..

Heat

Vasoldilation also includes any source of Heat. Many take hot water or hot liquids for vasodilation

Informative thread

Not necessarily PE-related (not directly, at least), but I started taking something called PowerFULL a few days ago. It increases your HGH output at night, and reduces recovery time after exercise. Plus it’s supposed to be good for sex-drive. Anyone else ever used it? Any direct benefits for PE? I’ve already noticed I’ve been having epic EQ in morning wood. Not sure if it’s placebo or an actual effect, yet.

Be careful, though. It gives you INSANELY vivid and long-lasting dreams. On the second night I took it, I woke up the next morning feeling like it’s been days since I went to sleep, because I was literally dreaming where the dream-time lasted days.

Quoting really means nothing unless you can support this theory of relaxation technique

Hope this wasn’t posted before:

Anti-Aromatase Activity of the Constituents from Damiana (Turnera diffusa)

The present study demonstrated that the extract of T. diffusa can significantly suppress aromatase activity. Accordingly, based on above information, we speculate that consuming this plant as a dietary supplement might result in increasing the testosterone level in blood. However, this observed biological significance and implication cannot be directly extrapolated to the real situation in vivo, further studies are required to verify this postulation.

Whatever libido or erection enhancing herb you use, cycle the stuff so you only get one hit per week per supplement. Otherwise the body doesn’t really respond to it.

Thank you very much Marinera,

This is precisely what I have been looking for (an herbal Anti-Aromatase supplement); I’m keen to give this a try.

I’ll post up any effects that I notice from the tea (however if my libido gets much higher I’ll be in trouble).

Thanks again.

I did get the Tea very nice to I still occasionally have a cup, but I ended up switching to the capsules for an increased effect, and for the record I think that it helps

Thanks for compiling all this info .

From a user of these supplements

I will begin by saying that I am new to PE and have not yet started a routine, but I believe I may have experience with these supplements that is relevant to aspects of PE.

I am currently taking MACA/Horny Goat Weed for increased libido and EQ. In conjunction they are extremely effective, but individually the Horny Goat Weed seemed ineffective while the MACA was mild. Overall results from taking it were a huge increase in libido (nearly rampant horniness), strong EQ, and a massive increase in seminal volume. The only downside I thought, was that after your first orgasm subsequent orgasms are a bit weaker (naturally including decreased seminal volume), however the EQ seemed strong throughout. When using this you need to try to save up for a few days for best results. I could barely make a week without some form of sexual relief. Make sure your partner has a raincoat handy ;)

In the past I have taken Tongkat Ali, Tribulus, L-Arginine, and Yohimbe. Unfortunately, I was unable to distinguish the effects of the first three from the continued MACA/Horny Goat Weed dosage (speaking to PE specifically). However, I was taking a low dosage of L-Arginine so I can’t be certain of its effects, but based on this post it seems it should have some strong benefits to PE with the NO2 increases.

I have not taken Yohimbe directly. It is always in the form of a pill mixed with many other substances. I have taken the Yohimbe in liquid form, and agree with the above post that it is ineffective. Complete ripoff - stay away from those gas stations that sell it!

Yohimbe in the pill form comes in several sexual enhancement pills sold by Amazon. I’m not a seller or anything, but I know two manufactures on Amazon that charge nearly $50 for a 10-pack. Despite the price, I must say These pills are pretty amazing. I normally would take one before the weekend, and would have rock hard (literally) erections for the next 3-5 days. The pills were so effective for me that I could have an orgasm, but not fully ejaculate (not sure how it happens, but I’ve been able to do it for as long as I can remember) and literally rub off the head and go right back in (with my gf at the the time, of course). No lie, I one time went at it some 6 or 7 times before my erection began to subside, and this was the morning after I took the pill. Additionally, there is another pill that is much cheaper sold out of China (if your willing to trust it) that is almost as effective. Not quite the longevity, but the power is there. These pills are considerably cheaper. I believe I bought my first pack for less than $10, and then purchased a 50-pack for less than $20. Yea, its that cheap so “buyer beware”. But, I’ve taken them several times and they have worked without fail. However, I do agree with a previous post about not taking them daily. I would recommend once a week usage because the stimulant effect is quite strong and you wouldn’t want to find yourself supporting and addiction.

Again, I’m not a promoter, which is why I didn’t give names, but they shouldn’t be hard to find. The Chinese one might be a little tough though, as it doesn’t seem to be backed by a major supplier. I just wanted to give a bit of information about my experience with some of the supplements that relate to this post.

As a therapist I feel there is a significant psychological component to fibromyalgia, the the drugs and surgery mafia would vehemently disagree.

Still trying to get a handle on cycling both arginine/ citrulline, the 5 Gs as well as test boosters such as HGW, tribulus etc. Currently I am cycling 5 days on/ 2 days off with a full week off every month. I also take some T boosters only one day a week (eg Tongkat Ali). I also take a liver cleanser, milk thistle on my off days to enhance the cycling effect. Have not been on this long enough to determine if it is the best approach but up to now it certainly has helped both my EQ and libido. Think it has also helped my exercise / weight reduction efforts.

GreatDivider, do you think this is enough cycling or should I also include a month off say every 3? I must add that cycling reduces the cost of supplements and there is no point taking them if they do not work.

I have done quite a bit of reading on cycling and cannot seem to get a clear answer on it. My pharmacist does not think it works on herbs like tribulus. I note it seems to work on antihistamines where it is often beneficial to change drugs from time to time.

I gather Yohimbe works by increasing blood pressure. it is banned in Australia for that reason. I would be reluctant to use it.
