PE supplements

Hello there, I am currently doing PE for almost 10 months and gaining, thanks to you guys, much love to all of yous!
I wanted to post this question for all of you who’ve been supplementing along with PE.
My question is what could I take to help my PE stretchibility? Maybe make it more susceptible to expansion, I know I read there are a few supplements for this purpose.
And I’ll be happy to know even more about any type of supplements members take, whether it’s for EQ or for a faster healing process. I am currently taking creatine(not sure what good it does to PE, curious about this too), silimarine, and ocasionally some vitamins like B6-7-12, C-D-E, depending on my budget of course, I took l arginine for a month or two, this sort of stuff…
I don’t really know any other supplements really, that’s why I am starting this thread.
I also use shea butter and I am a firm believer that any vitamin E cream will help with penis recovery, at least it feels good for the skin if not for anything else, I like it for that purpose at least but I am sure it helps in greater ways. Any recommendations are welcome, you guys are the best, thanks in advance!

And finally, I am into intermitent fasting but not really doing it for the moment, planning on it though, and also into resting for less hours than the 7-8 hours standard, I usually sleep for 5-6 hours and wake up early in the morning, it really feels good doing PE in the morning. Could that impact PE in a bad way/good way? I do rest for 7-8 hours ocasionally, but I do feel tired somehow afterwards.
I regularly drink coffee, smoke weed/tobacco, drink alcohol, but I also keep a healthy lifestyle doing bodybuilding/calisthenics/yoga poses/meditation ocasionally, I read a lot, that helps with my relaxed state of mind…sorry for the long post, just wanted to put it all out there so one could know and maybe give me a recommendation based on all of the above.
