Using Bodybuilding supplements for PE?

Has anyone tried such a combination? I’m trying out a creatine mix that along with a protein supplement just for the sakes of working out but I wonder if they can have any effect on PE.

The mix that I’m testing out contains Buffered Creatine Monohydrate (Kre-Alkalyn), L-Arginine AKG, L-Citrulline, Taurine and Pycnogenol. Together they might improve bloodflow and increase the size of veins and capillaries, increase growth hormone production while also increasing healing from injury etc, you know the claims.

Now alone of course these will do nothing but it is possible that mayl aid PE especially with the healing side.

The protein supplement is whey with a load of different aminoacids.

I am not into body building but use a mix of L-Arginine AKG, L-Citrulline, and Pycnogenol half an hour before I exercise. Believe it has helped me with my exercize, weight reduction and also my EQ.

Careful with some high dextrose creatine products (and everybody is different) because I shriveled up like a raisin despite being well hydrated. I’ve been lifting for years and tried all kinds of pre-workout supplements and never noticed any benefit. I’d just try a few different recommendations of what some of the senior members use and see what works best with your body type. There is all sorts of shit out there that will have little or no benefit; more often than not cause negative effects. Go healthy. You can’t go wrong that way. I’ve definitely seen positive flaccid effects in myself when I down a couple pounds of kale or broccoli a day. Pay close attention to cycle recommendations; variety is the spice of life and nothing is worse than unwittingly pissing away dollar bills because you didn’t properly cycle a certain supplement.

So to actually answer your question, no I don’t know of any body building supplements that help. I have tried many.

Interesting. Although there’s no need to cycle the stuff I’m using, you can use it all year around. So far done it for almost 20 days and noticed no side effects.

The main purpose I’m trying these out are purely to enhance my non PE workouts but I was just thinking that it could have an effect on PE as well. Not so much the Creatine and Protein but rather the mix of other substances that may increase blood flow and recovery from injury (simply the workouts of PE).

For recovery, omega 3,6,9 and anything that has high antioxidant content. Your body produces a lot of free radicals when working out. For working out (and I just learned this) don’t consume high fat meals within 4 hours of taking your pre workout shake. Fats interfere with your body’s ability to produce nitric oxide (vasodilator).

And AAKG helps you produce more nitric oxide. That is one of my favorite supplements for the gym and PE/harder erections.

Jack3d is garbage. Waste of money FOR ME. I always emphasize that it may be different for someone else, but for me it is not worth the money. In regards to working out in general and helping with PE.

All of the things you list are reasonable and well documented supps that (can) genuinely help and have little to no chance of messing you up if used intelligently. As others have mentioned, watch out for crap filler in mixes. Plenty here like BB supps that give a pump and/or boost recovery for PE applications.

Arginine can triggers a herpes outbreak if the virus is present in your system. Cold sores are a form of herpes and way more people are infected than you might think. Lysine can suppress an outbreak but if you take it at the same time as Arginine they compete and cancel out.

Creatine gives results for some; your milage might vary. Up your water intake to counteract cramps and try different varieties if it hurts your stomach.

A friend of mine recommends Bullnox or C4 extreme for weightlifting.

AAKG? What is it?

Basically a hyped up version of L-arginine. L-arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate are bonded together to form the salt AAKG. It is suppose to help with nitric oxide production dilating blood vessels for improved blood flow.

Thank you.

There’s no supplement out there that can make you bigger. However some will help with performance, like arginine and citrulline for blood flow, taurine and a low dose of caffeine for concentration and alertness, and some things like long jack and tribulus for libido… They don’t do much for testosterone like they claim but they will make you really horny in high doses. And all of these you have to take at the right time without anything else that will compete or cancel them out.

I know Arginine + Pycnogenol works best on an empty stomach about 3-4 hours after your last meal or while intermittent fasting, taurine (a dopamine stimulant) and any form or stimulants can either help you or shrivel you and take away your erections for a while. You can sip on an energy drink or take a low dose of ephedrine and not get stim-dick before you PE depending on your tolerance. Whey, Caseine, BCAAS, they’re all pretty much useless for your penis. Not only are protein needs grossly over-embellished by the fitness industry to sell you protein supplements, which is something else entirely, but your penis isn’t a skeletal muscle and doesn’t need any excess nutrition to recover. You don’t need to bulk and eat a whole lot in order to gain from PE. But on the other hand, if you find you can PE better while sipping on a pre-workout shake then go for it.

Creatine is pretty much useless for PE, but it’s really excellent for over all health and strength. Not only does it help with your lifts in in gym but it there’s been some research on it helping with concentration and test scores as well as immunity. But you still don’t want to overdo it on this stuff… 5g a day is all you need, and make sure you take a couple months off every now and then….. It’s filtered by your lifer, so are all oral supplements, and you don’t want to screw your health up by taking supplements to keep you healthy. Also make sure you drink a ton of water while taking it to prevent dehydration or kidney stones and consider dropping the dosage if it gives you diarrhea or stomach cramps.

While I’m at it, make sure you take it easy on the Arginine NO products because they can make acid reflux just horrible and end up making it harder to get an erection without them. You have to take such a high dosage of these two things to get around most of it being destroyed by stomach acid that it makes sense it would work really well for a short time and then return less results over time. So this is one you do want to cycle and watch out for side effects.
