I Have Probably Gone Overboard Getting Started

I’m laughing at myself, but I’m continuing the experiment and looking for advice.

I’ve been meaning to get into the supplement side of things for a while now, but just never felt like sitting down to do the reading. I’ve always felt like a successful PE session was dependent on my arousal level. The hornier I can get, the more productive—especially now that I’m clamping. I’ve been using pot to boost horniness, but that prevents me from PE-ing during the day, which I’d prefer.

And then I met a girl online and panicked.

I was already nervous about being out of practice, and she clearly has a very high sex drive. And then my EQ was bad two nights in a row. (Solo. We haven’t met up yet, even though it’s clearly going to happen.) I was suddenly paranoid I had been clamping too hard and damaged my EQ over time without noticing it. And so I went into some of the top supplements posts and bought a bunch of supplements.

(It was just nerves.)

Even though I was being foolish, I figure I have all these pills, so I might as well try them. I’m now taking enough pills for two old people every day. It’s only been a week. I haven’t seen a lot of effect yet. Nothing definitive. But frankly, I expected more from throwing this many aphrodisiacs at the wall.

I bought a couple from what was on-hand at the grocery store, because I wanted to get started right away. The rest I tried to buy from the same brand, based on a little bit of research recommending that brand.

Here’s the stack. Please give me your feedback on dosage, brand, timing, etc. I’m planning on cycling after a month or so.

  • CareOne L-Arginine, 3000 mg
  • Now Zinc Glycinate, 60 mg zinc, 500 mg pumpkin seed oil
  • Now Pygeum & Saw Palmetto, 100 mg pygeum & 320 mg Saw Palmetto
  • Now Sunflower Lecithin, 1200 mg
  • Windmill Health Products Horny Goat Weed, 2000 mg, (includes 1000 mg of a blend that includes Maca and some other stuff. This one feels the sketchiest.)
  • Oregon’s Wild Harvest Damiana, 1500 mg
  • Now TestoJack, 900 mg tongkat ali

Why the Smithsonian? Because you could walk around it for a week and not see the whole thing.

Eat good food, train, sleep and don’t overdo supplements. Supplements can probably only give you
a fraction of what a healthy lifestyle does. It’s only a complement and should be treated that way. If these kind of supplements gave you some sort of superman powers everybody would use them.

I think you answered your own question Smithsonian. You got in your own head and now need away out. It’s always easier said then don’t. Isn’t it? If it was me, I’d go straight to an ED med for temporary relief of panic induced ED. This too shall pass. I find when these issues arise or I guess don’t rise (sorry I had too) cialis does the trick.

Thanks, guys. Improving my fitness level is something I’m pursuing, but that’s a long term goal. I realize supplements aren’t magic, but it does seem like some of them must be effective. There are certainly enough people on here claiming that they have worked for them. I’d just like to find something that gives me a boost without going completely overboard.

Hi smithsonian, as other said you already had your response, in my opinion, supplement, are effective if you sustain an healty life.
