Basically any vaso dilator should improve EQ. Arginine, citruline and ornathine all work because nitric oxide is formed and is a vaso dilator thereby opening up the blood vessels which will give a stonger/ harder erection.

I have been told arginine and citruline taken together works wonder .I ask about EQ supplement out of curiosity I don’t have a problem getting it up I have a premature ejaculation problem tho wish There was a supplement for that.

For those with HSV - be very careful with Arginine it is a modulator for break outs. When I started weight lifting several years back I started taking arginine as a supplement with other things. I had’t had an outbreak of HSV in more than a decade and BOOM. Went off and haven’t have one in 5 years. Did some research and the virus uses arginine to propagate this is science.

Thankyou - absolutely correct. If you do take arginine with HSV then only small quantities and always use lysine with it to help prevent out break. Thanks jc1911

New Member, First time poster, but I’ve been following this thread for a couple of months now.
Been penis pumping for 3 years now to assist with PE however I only got results with increased girth but not so much length, so I want to surprise my girlfriend with a larger load.

I’m going to try the supplement stack as listed by Enigmatize, but without the Pygeum cause its hard to find and I’m leaking enough pre-cum as it is. I reckon if I take the doses in the stack I’ll be wearing a constant wetspot on my pants, however I have a few questions.

1. Is the stack taken all at once or spread out throughout the day?

2. I was able to buy 100x softgel Soy Lecithin by SOLGAR (1360mg each tab) for 10,00€ and the recommended daily intake on the bottle is 6 tabs per day. Is 6 tabs too much? If not, should I take them all at once or 2 tabs 3 times a day? Will it change the effect of the stack?

I’m going to cycle the stack; (ON) Monday-Friday, (OFF) Saturday-Sunday, and 3 weeks ON and 2 weeks OFF.
What do you guys think?

I just started the stack a week ago minus the Pygeum since I never had a problem with precum.

The first few days I took the specified dose in the stack you refer to, but saw no change a few days in. Just 1 rope and a dribble still.

I am now taking 2g of l-arginine and 3.6g of Lechitin, I get my zinc in a multivitamin I take. I have being drinking water non stop and stopped alcohol consumption. I plan to test again tonight or tomorrow.

From things that I have read the Lechitin seems to be the main producer of volume.

I space it out.

1g l-arginine & 1200mg lechithin in the morning before breakfast, same at lunch, same before dinner for a total 3g l-arginine and 3.6g lecithin

That’s a lot of lecithin. Try some fenugreek too.
