This might have already been said, but I think they were talking about testosterone levels. Should you cycle all of these supplements? Will they lose their potency after a while?

Is one brand of pygeum better than others?

I found a prostate multi-vitamin and herbal supplement at Walgreens. It just says PROSTATE in big letters on the label.
A) Good for more semen volume
B) All that good healthy prostate stuff like saw palmetto, etc.
C) I seem to be able to jack off about 3 times more than before - and I feel so horny I kind do so if I’ve got the time.

Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

L-Arginine alone along with L-Lysine made a big difference on my load and orgasm intensity already after only a week of taking it. I take 2x500 mg of L-Arginine and 1x1000mg L-Lysine once a day. I can say that my load right now is 3 times bigger than before, alot more thicker and whitish as opposed to semi transparent. The intensity of my orgasms definitely increased big time. The PC contractions are too strong and mind blowing. Precum didn’t increase though but I produce a fairly good amount to start with so it’s not a problem in my case. The Cum Holy Grail
(1) L-Arginine, 1000mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1000mg
(2) Zinc, 50mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 50mg
(3) Pygeum, 100mg Strength, Taken 2 times daily = 200mg
(4) Lecithin, 1200mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1200mg

As a side note: After being on Pygeum for 5 straight weeks now, I leak pre-cum like a damn faucet. This stuff definitely activates the Cowper’s gland.

Been doing some work on this subject myself and would totally agree with you on this. I personally take all the aforementioned with exception to Korean Ginseng which I have never personally rated. However in addition to your formula, for a real wife pleasing splatter-fest, I take 2 x 1000mg Vit E every day, 1 in the morning and one before bed & 1000mg of L-Ornithine before bed. Try this for maximum output.

How much would that be in IU? Because high dosage (>=400 IU) of Vitamin E has been shown to increase all-cause mortality.

Sorry Guys, Never seen this info before.! I must be some type of freak. I’ve originally used to take 2 x 650 mgs per day for the bodybuilding, but bumped it up to 2 x 1000mg about 11 years ago when I went into Super heavy weight 300lbs to 350lbs class. The only other thing I can say is that I take 1000mg every 12 hours and I’ve never had any ill effects. Maybe I’ve been lucky??

I’m in the process of trying L-Dopa now. I’ll report on my findings. Last night I also put some in my wife’s mojito (she was aware of this) and she reported having sexy dreams all night. I’ll have to try that again and see if can’t make her dreams come true.
