Yes all of these are excellent for improving erection quality and I definitely agree that Testosterone is huge for erections. When I used to be on the anabolic scene my girlfriend would be scared for Sunday nights because that was the night I would inject 900mg of testosterone into myself. That is the amount the average athletic guy will make over 4 months hehe. But yes vaso’s are good just be sure to take a break from them once in a while. You will be glad you did!

A study published in the July 2005 edition of the Journal of Urology, entitled “Oxidative Stress in Arteriogenic Erectile Dysfunction: Prophylactic Role of Antioxidants,” examined the effects of long term intake of pomegranate juice on erectile dysfunction (ED) in an animal model. The results suggest for the first time that free radicals (oxidative stress) are a contributing factor in erectile dysfunction. As a result, pomegranate juice may be of benefit through an antioxidant mechanism.

This may be a great find!

Couldn’t agree with you more with BigB. I’ve been at both ends of spectrum (druggy spaced out weakling>muscle pumped walking hard-on). My New Year’s resolution is to get my test maxed out again. But oh how I do like to get high ;-(

Why can’t I get drunk and high be muscular, feel strong, fit and be a walking hardon all at the same time??? life (or my gentics) aint fair.

Anyway IMO maximising your testosterone=Bigger,stronger and fuller erections, longer & more frequent hardons, quick recovery, huge loads, more intense orgasms, shoot further but on the downside a gret need for sex and cumming and anger, frustration if you aint getting any and more sexually focused(good and bad thing when obsessive).

Well that’s what bodybuilding and mass dieting does for me. This time round I’ve got ZMA, tribulus, 6-oxo and quite a few other things so watch out ladies, and guys, and animals, and holes in walls hahaha..

yeah, plus heavy weights and a ‘testosterone diet’. I done quite a bit research on this before, so to be more specific:

Weights between 5-8reps max. and 3 sets best fob maximising testosterone production. use compond exrcises. and not more thn 12-15 sets in total per workout. work out idealy 30min les than an hour to prevent high cortisol and rest days essential.

Test diet- lots of saturated fat(cream, beef etc) (btw this is healthy; its all lies about saturated fat=evil myth)
moderate protein, some good fish, fruits, vege etc.

And vitamins, vitam a is essential in testosterone production, zinc, magnesium plus b vitamins, c,d etc the usual….

In fact I’m rather stoned atm (so much for my new fitness plan) so just google ‘testosterone diet’ ‘testosterone exercise plan’ etc. Plenty good info floating about the web on this.

Oh yeah, go ahead, ruine your liver, get older faster, become a poor man. Really the way to go.
