Yeah for me it does, I take 3 in the morning and 3 at night before I go to bed.I would start of with 2 because they can give you a headache.Take them in the morning wait a hour before you eat or 3 hours after,and you will will notice after a couple weeks your flaccid will hang lower and longer,hope this helped

500 mg,another thing it usually makes you hungry, but i take it before I get to work .Then eat a snack about an 1hour after or 3 hours after I eat.

I was taking about 5 or 6 a day (500mg each) every day for a week. Didn’t notice anything. Unless time matters. I would take them around 3am on a empty stomach. Then sleep.

I would try out Agmatine Sulphate, its what L-Arginine converts to in your body. Also helps with vascularity (good for PE) and promotes a pretty wicked pump at the gym. Personally I’m a grow-er not a show-er and I’m happy with that, more surprise when the pantaloons drop hehe and all I’m really concerned with is erect size, since that’s the functional use.

How much of a dose do you take of it? Also is it like l arginine where you have to have an empty stomach and wait before you eat?
As for the gym, I myself just put up a squat rack and gonna try and shed some fat. Just gotta find a routine to do.

I take a 500 mg dose about 20 minutes before the gym mixed with my pre-workout. Once a day. I eat about 45 min prior (last half hour or work, then 20 min to gym). I also do my PE almost immediately after getting home from the gym, blood is pumping good from some HIIT cardio and I personally feel it helps with the PE (could be a placebo who knows, I’m only like 5-6 months in to my PE routine).

Citrulline is a precursor the L-Arginine and if you take that it will covert in the body. Its main effect is to enlarge blood vessels. So you can see how more blood to the dick and other related parts will help to make it get and stay bigger. As well, a better blood supply to the muscles during a workout will help you make them grow.

I used to take arginine, then l citrulline and both helped to roughly the same degree.

I recently had a big breakthrough though. I’m not entirely sure whats caused it though. A week ago i started supplementing with zinc and magnesium with vitamin b6. I also have a large mug of green tea with ginger/cinnamon and honey twice a day. Since I’ve started this my flaccid size has jumped from 4.5nbp to 5nbp or even a bit bigger. It is also much fuller too. I believe its likely to be the tea ice been drinking. I cant 100% confirm because i also think i might have just broken my size plateau although I’ve not measured officially yet.
