Chemical PE: The Long Awaited Evidence

But I still believe that chronic use of ED drugs will result in impressive growth.

There is some week evidence in favour of Testosterone derivatives and various growth hormones. There are studies done on young children and men with micropenis. These individuals normally have a congenital deficiency in a particular hormone. Injecting them with the hormone that they lack has been proven to cause penile growth. I have no idea whether or not these studies have any relevance for fully grown men with normal androgen profiles.

There are actually around thirty guys on this site who have attempted chemical Pe. I spent a few hours last year going through their reported results methodically. I got the impression that the men who injected IGF alone (such as Iguana) generally experienced no growth. The men who injected a combination of IGF and ED drugs claimed some success. I believe that the guys who injected ED drugs alone did the best. Obviously some of these guys may have been trolling or scamming, but this is the only information we have to go on.

I have chosen to stick to ED drugs and Andractim for the present. I may start experimenting with growth hormones at some point in the future. The problem is that they are controlled substances. I think to get hold of stuff like that you would have to go through a doctor. I don’t know much about this subject. If you are over fifty then you could enroll on an anti-aging programme. If you are under fifty and quite rich then you could potentially pay someone over fifty to enter one of these programmes. You could go to Canada and try and get Dr. Adams to sell you some. I would strongly recommend that you don’t just go online or ask a bodybuilder at your local gym. That could be very dangerous.

As for Andractim. I have chosen to use it mainly because it is transdermal. The risks of using it are quite small IMO. My maternal grandfather and pretty much everyone else in my family has hair.

A couple of things.. Penile size is determined during a specific developmental period in pregnancy. I’ve seen studies suggesting that. Adding DHT will do nothing for additional size either during puberty or after puberty from what I have read.. I will post a link backing up what I have said after work.. I have it bookmarked at home. Testosterone stimulates NO synthesis which will make you have incredible EQ but, again, it is useless for adding true size.

I would drop the exogenous DHT and use your indigenous T production.

That is all before you guys get me all wrapped up in this like I was in 2003.

I would appreciate it if you would post those studies.

I agree that the evidence for Andractim is quite week. I have decided to use it simply because I already have some at home. I also believe that the risks involved are relatively small.

Have you practiced Chem Pe before?

We have been talking CPE for quite some time. I was active here in 2003 and we were laying the foundation then. Yes and no is the answer to your question..

“Androgen treatment in rats before adulthood did cause premature growth of the penis towards adult size but did not make it larger than the size pre-determined by hormone exposure in the womb.”

Thanks very much for posting the article. Very important and useful information. I am surprised that I missed it until now.

I am embarrassed that I missed that particular article. I actually have it printed off at home. I was planning to read it at a later date.

The article makes it clear that Andractim will almost certainly do nothing.

The studies show that individuals who suffered secondary hypogonadism (low testosterone) during puberty and experienced sub normal growth during puberty, can sometimes achieve some additional growth subsequently after puberty if they undergo Testosterone replacement treatment. There is no evidence that TRT will generate any growth if secondary hypogonadism was not the cause of the below normal size. If genetics was the cause, traditional PE is the only assistance available at this time. Not counting surgery.

Drug induced and/or enhanced erections should compliment traditional PE techniques the same way pumping compliments traditional PE by allowing PE to be performed on a penis that is expanded more than is normally available without the introduction of pumping and drugs. However, I do not believe a drug induced expanded erection generates anywhere near the stress that a pumped erection produces so that the help provided by CPE is much less than the help provided by vacuum pump.

I pumped for 30 minutes a day for several months. I did actually experience a substantial gain in length. The problem was that I wanted to gain girth. Pumping simply would not give me any girth.

I understand that logically a mechanical devise with an adjustable pressure gauge should be able to provide more pressure than an injectable ED med. But I also think that the erections brought on through pumping are fundamentally different. They feel totally different. There may be excessive pressure on the penile skin and superficial nerves and very little pressure on the inner structure of the penis.

Good point. I don’t know how much expansion the vacuum exerts on the cc and cs and how it compares to the expansion generated by increased blood pressure resulting from drugs.

Uhm. If you had length gains, London, NPE was working, despite your feeling. You probably were not using the pump properly; but the foremost problem seems more related to how your penis is build. Your longitudinal layer seems to be weaker than the circumferencial layer. If this is the case, no drug can change this.

Very nice post. Well informed..

Thanks. :)

I was pumping properly.

The fact that pumping did not work for me does not necessarily mean that CPE won’t work.

I believe that pumping is different to other forms of PE. The pressure on the dick is distributed differently.

Apparently the circumferential layer is on the inside and the longitudinal layer is on the outside. This could potentially prevent Tunica-softening Peyronie’s disease meds from having any impact on my ability to gain girth. Another incident of the universe biting me on the bum.

(I don’t have PD, but I am considering using PD meds as part of my CPE routine)

You are right CPE is not a loss.. It’s just underfunded…
