Bigger balls and damiana - works for me!

Does it have any major side effects?

The only thing I’ve found was some slightly light-headed. Reading around, I’m not seeing to many serious side effects. I know there are some great diggers on this forum for more information on side-effects.

Ye I gave a whole bottle of damania tincture a go.20-30 drops 3 times daily with a little hot water .can mess a bit with you in the head but def increases sex drive and def increases testicle size.but I’m wondering if it reduces them when you go off it .id like to here opinions on that to

I like the idea of a clone-a-willy, it would come in very handy to measure any gains. Do one at the start of the year, and one at the end of the year.

As for the damiana, I have always taken it as I love the aphrodisiac side of it, but I have never noticed any increase in ball size. Do you know how it could do this scientifically? I am interested but skeptical.

Not attacking you, just dabbled with a few too many supplements in my time.

Damiana seemed to work for me in this respect, but I didn’t want to take it daily since I had no idea where it worked. It also seemed to contain plant estrogens (not necessarily a bad thing, the plant estrogens in flax seed for instance bind to the estrogen receptors and have a less strong effect, overall reducing their power). Going to wait until more research gets published on the active constituents.

I read that it was a phyto- testosterone actually. And known to be used by ftm sex change patients post op.

not a phytoandrogen, does suppress some of the conversion of testosterone to estrogen, though while also causing estrogenic activity seemingly

Damiana has worked well for me, both for bigger balls & an aphrodisiac. Probably the best aphrodisiac I’ve tried to be honest. I’ll be sticking with it.

True. Damiana has been pretty awesome for me though. Supplement efficacy seems to vary so much from person to person, I’m glad I’ve found one that works.

Yea, when your young. Alcohol makes me impotent anymore. Many of my friends say the same thing, age catches up eventually lol. I used to stay hard and be able to fuck for hours and that was like 5 years ago, now I’m lucky to get it up after 2 drinks, and I maybe drink 5 times a year compared to 4 times a week when I was younger. In other words herbalist, bad advice bro. Alcohol can also reduce testosterone levels while increasing free estrogen in your body. That’s definitely some of the worst advice i’ve heard. Not to put you down herbalist, but If your talking about giving it to women… than I’ll agree with you brother. :-)

Infuse rum with damiana leaves for a few days and add it to pomegranate juice… that may help you keep erections if you did choose to drink a couple.
