1.4 years & little to no gains!!!

I have enough experience to know how to do the exercises right…that’s not the hindering problem.

What I discovered: by accident I noticed that using a fixed cock ring (1” diameter) with prolonged rock hard arousal erections brought forth an 0.25” increase to my length at the very least.

I’ve tried mimicking this in combination with hanging sessions (10#, 20 minutes ea. set). So far it seems I’ve kind of, sort of gained 1/8” to 0.25” that fluxes from time to time.

Recently I’ve been clamping in a way that simulates priapism. Started with 30 minutes and now up to 2.5 hours. The clamp I use is easily adjustable so I can vary the clap intensity. Starting light, progressing to high intensity, then progressively dropping it back down to light…while performing kegels rigorously.

On top of that I have also recently graduated to using 15# for hanging sets and am really getting a good stretch on the ligs (like when I first started). It’s now just under a month and no changes.

Any advice, opinions and thoughts are most welcomed. And thanks in advance.

Clamping without rest for long times creates dangers of nerve damage, since you have deoxygenated blood in the CS, which feeds the glans.

I am pretty sure If you just followed the newbie routine you would have gained more.. with clamping you are only going to gain girth… it might actually stop you gaining lenght… anyway with clamping you just want to send a signal. physical and chemical that you want it to grow… but too much and you will hurt your gains as your body will think you penis is being killed… be careful with such long clamping… 10 minutes is enough.. just take off the clamp kegal some blood for a min or two and then another 10 min… do that 3 times and it is pretty good.. but I think it would be far better to just increase the sets, not the length of sets. good luck

1) L-arginine (500mg)
2) L-carnatine L-tartrate (pure carnatine) (500mg)

In addition to a smoothie everyday:
1) goji berries
2) cayenne pepper
3) cloves
4) turmeric rhizome
5) garlic salt
6) flax seed
7) coffee beans
8) chia seeds
9) ginger
10) cinnamon
11) 1 banana
12) 2 extra large eggs ([raw] for lecithin)
*mixed with 1 cup of milk and 2 tbs of chocolate powder mix.

And I did state that apparently my length gains are established by specific types of girth exercises (hence the clamping).

It is possible to be a length gainers by way of girth exercises…while also gaining some girth in the process.

There is a whole thread about deliberate priapismic sessions in the MattersOfSize website. And these guys are doing some things I would personally never try.

What are your thoughts on the varied intensities of clamping…surely it allows for blood circulation. And I got this idea from D.S.(Dickerschwanze) And the routine he was/is using…because we both seem to gain a very similar way. (Except I’m not really gaining).

Have you noticed any improvement in blood flow or erections levels since you started the suppliments and shake?

I think the clamp allows inflows circulation in CC, I doubt it allows much circulation in the CS. Even in the CC circulation is restricted, after some time you’ll have deoxygenated blood. This happens also when pumping too long with too much pressure.

This idea of mimicing priapism all started with the megalophallus due to priapism; those cases though, a special case of priapism was involved, the one that allows blood flow in the CC so tissue death doesn’t happen; beside that, I am not sure that kind of priapism restricts at all the blood flow to the glans.

Beside that, the clamp restricts blood flow and compress everything in between, veins, skin, nerves.

I really doubt that. I also doubt testosterone levels effect PE gains in any way.

I agree with you but not for the same reason. If flax seed is known for dropping testosterone levels bodybuilders and athletes would cease all intake of it. It is a major ingredient for most.

As for testosterone not effecting PE, it heavily influences it. Testosterone works with arginine and carnatine and dopamine to enhance sexually functions. Testosterone is one major influential source to our libido.

Low libido = low EQ level.

Nothing drastic, but I have noticed a more efficient flow, which has allowed me to reach that .25” increase in a steady off set occasion (not sure if gains are cemented yet). My erections have been as full as can be when not fatigued from training sessions. At times super hard with an increase in sensitivity, precum, and seen volume.

Besides that, my overall health has actually improved. I can actually feel adifference.

About not allowing circulation. Each time I increase the clamp intensity is at 10 minutes (started as 5). The kegel pump acts as the aeration of oxygenated blood (just not much). It’s not like I’m clamping it off super tight then covering it and forgetting about it till the 2 hours are up.

I’m constantly monitoring the condition. Any sign of purple coloration or numbness I undo it. That’s never happened though. And when I loosen the clamp one notch and begin stroking and kegeling, it becomes more lively and the color improves…until I begin to fatigue. Which then the sets get shorter.

If it was so dangerous and all I would be experiencing the negative drawbacks by now.

My only issue is a minor bursting of either the venules, capillaries or both over the cs just under the glans. But that is because I foolishly went hard with jelqs while holding it out stretched between hang sets…instead of going with very light jelqs as usual.

No food can drop blood testosterone levels dramatically.

Yes test does heavily effect libido. I could tell you quite a lot about it as I have been using it for the last 15 years as a recreational bodybuilder. Does the fact that it effects libido mean that it also has a positive effect on PE gains? I don’t think so. If so can you explain how and show any relevant studies?

Well we will have to agree to disagree on that . Every recent study I have read indicates that Flax seed contains a chemical called Lignans which mimic estrogen in the body.

It may mimic estrogen levels but it will never significantly drop blood testosterone levels. Can you post a link to the study?

Cannot help you with any relevant links I was reading about it in a work related journal about 4 months ago.
