Varicocele

Varicocele

Hi people. I have been doing PE for more than 3 months. I tried the Newbie routine for a month but the decided to abandon manual stretches as it causes pain at the right side of the base of my penis. I wanted to gain girth and as privacy is an issue for me, I switched to dry jelq’s only. I have been dry jelqing consistently at 90% erection level with my right hand only. I almost never use my left hand to jelq. As expected, the veins on the right side of my shaft became more prominent. My girth gain fluctuates about 0.3 inches than before. Seeing the veins turn my unit into a mean ripped shaft, I continued dry jelqing. Once I even had the veins on my glans expanded so greatly that it impinged on my frenulum. Last week it was five days in a row of dry jelqing without a break as I was happy with my expanding veins. A lot of small vein showed up in a short time while the big ones doubled in size. A big vein on near the right side of my base that arches down again is now at the width of a pencil! Soon after, problem ensues, I felt discomfort near the base, near the big vein. It radiates to my right balls and also the right side of my abdomen. As you know, there’s where the inguinal canal lies. It’s not painful, but the discomfort is slightly annoying. PI is still good. I searched around and saw that ‘Varicocele’ is term that gets thrown around, quite often. Do I have it?

I just experienced a surgery from Varicocele. The problem is in the scrotum not in the penis itself. Like 90% of the cases Varicocele appears in the left testicle and looks like a bag of worms/spaghetti.I discovered that I have one when one morning when I was taking a shower I felt that my left testicle is hanging down more than the right one(which is unusual)and when I did touch it it looked so different.. What I mean is look at your testicles and see if there is something different and if they look different. My doctor told me that I have Varicocele and explained the symptoms and it looked so obvious after that. But the best advice I can give you is to go to the doctor and let him decide.

This is bad. My right testis does hangs lower. Nothing else that I notice to be different. What are other symptoms?

The vast majority of guys have one lower hanging than the other. Don’t panic just because of that.

I mean now it hangs lower than even more. At least by another half an inch more. Usually only the left side that hangs lower not the right!

What could be other reasons for pain in the spermatic cord?

Sorry; I reread your post and understand why you are concerned. I don’t know enough to be of help.

mom4i91102 is 100% right. Go to the doctor, he’ll be able to detect a varicocele just with palpation. Varicocele is relatively common and is not caused by PE.

What else it could be? An inguinal hernia. The doctor will detect easily that as well, if you have that.

I’ve been feeling that dull pain and I just realized I’ve had varicocele for some years now, 2 weeks into my routine. Is it okay to continue my routine as usual? (The newbie routine) I took three days off so far
