Temporary Thrombosis

I am coming back to pe. I have been on the newb routine for two months and I go hard. not insane. So far so good. I just got a BM a couple days ago I’ve used it twice. Today when I used it and came out of the tube I felt a guitar string near the base of the shaft. and thought.. aw damn. because I hate time off.

Now only four hours later I’m feeling around flaccid and nothing. I got erect and felt around, nothing. I guess it was just a little one. or what?

I guess Im gona do my routine tomorrow and see if its there again.

I guess you shouldn’t do your routine tomorrow. Take a few days off. When you are going to restart, don’t go ‘hard’. Going hard serves to nothing. Mild forces works better, high forces stop gains. This is true for the vast majority of people.

It wasn’t a thrombosis. Sometimes the vessels just get so full of blood that they feel like guitar strings. Temporary.

If a thrombosis, you would have inflammation, a feeling of higher heat when you touch the area, and sometimes pain.

I think you are right, because it went away with in the hour. I’ll dial it down a notch though just to be safe. thanks.

Oh yeah. pumped up today. everything was fine. even felt my little pumped up vein again. it subsides in a couple minutes after pumping. thanks.

Listen to the vets, no sense in going ‘hard’ and hurting yourself. Patience, you will get there.
