I’m hearing a bunch of things about temporary growth and permanent growth. With the newbie routine I’m on will I just grow permanent growth instead of temporary.

Temporary meaning that the length your grow will shrink back down to normal size in a couple days.

Permanent meaning the results you get stay from the exercises.

Some people don’t need to use a special routine for cementing gains, and some do. But after the newbie routine you’re probably going to use more advanced excercises, thus I don’t think you should worry about losing gains made with the newbie routine.

And if you do gain with the newbie routine, I don’t think you’d grow that much. Some do, but just don’t count on that.
