It has been a while since I had anything like this happen, so I basically just need a refresh. I did a little too much PE yesterday. After pumping at 4-5mlhg for about 30 minutes I did one or two jelq strokes and immediately felt a transient strange feeling/slight pain below the glans, on the upper shaft as i jelqed in this particular spot. I continued to jelq and it went away and that was it. After I did one small clamping set at low intensity…..later on in the evening I took a shower and may of did a bend or two and I felt some transient pain in the side, on my center shaft, then I started to get anxious. After I got out of the shower I started testing for injury, and began edging and squeezing my dick to see if it would hurt and even half assed jelqed/messaged the possible injury area at its point of origin below the glans/uppershaft…..now my glans shortly after becomes tingly and sensitive and hurts a little. I went to sleep and woke up today and it still kind of hurts and is sensitive but I am able to get an erection and my dick is a little fatter today….about an 1/8th of an inch thicker…..I was thinking about one light pumping session today but I don’t want to aggravate this injury….does this sound familiar and will it heal in a few days? Is pumping at this point asking for trouble?

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I know your right gprent. My downfall in this game has always been the rest issue. I probably would of been a big gainer if I didn’t get carried away in the past. I just keep telling myself a nice pump with hot water at 3-4mlhg will help me heal and help me grow more….probably just fooling myself though.

Rest it and don’t test it.

If you pull your hamstrings do you stretch them and run every 5 min to see if it’s better?

I know how frustrating it is to be on the sidelines, a few days is nothing though.

I actually pumped a little…and my glans started stinging….i responded by drinking shots of crown royal to forget about it…it seems to be working. First time I drank booze in about a month. Didn’t watch any football though.

Took some pine pollen and some coconut oil and lions mane earlier…hoping for some nerve regeneration….took a dab of hash oil too…I don’t think I feel any discomfort anymore.

I stopped all PE and my glans still hurts. It’s chronic and never goes away. It hurts more when I get an erection. My night wood woke me up and I’ve been in constant pain all day since I got out of bed. Has this ever happened to anyone?

Just wondering what I’m in for. If I damaged a nerve will this take weeks to heal?

Nerve damage can take months to heal.

Who knows what kind of damage you did, but three days of rest with pumping is very short time span..

I’ve been off for more than a month and yes it is boring, but you only have one penis, being healthier should be the first goal of PE.

Don’t touch it or test it , I’d like to help you more but I’m not qualified.

I’m afraid it’s nerve damage, because it seems to be getting worse before its getting better but who knows. I’m definitely not going to do anything until this goes away. It just hurts though, which is very unsettling. Constant pain in the glans can’t be good.

I bet you just popped a blood vessel in your glands. gprent’s suggestion was right on. Stop PEing for a while.

I think it’s getting better. The pain is no longer chronic and hasn’t really bothered me today…I’m hoping three more days and I’ll be back to normal. There is still a slight tingle and irritation on the urethra occasionally but I get no pain when erect anymore….but I haven’t attempted any form of kegels or inflating it in any way beyond normal limits.

Make sure to take a few rest days after the pain has disappeared.

The pain keeps persisting. It won’t seem to improve. I think I damaged a nerve. Probably won’t heal in a long time. The pain is bothersome too and I am not coping very well.
