Hello, I’ve been looking into pumping and was wondering if I could get a few specific answers on a few questions !

I’ve been considering moving onto hanging pumping, right now specifically looking more for length gains as opposed to girth gains, however obviously I’d take both if they came seamlessly. I have a hanger and a pump but have been juggling with both ideas, was hoping a few of the experienced here could help me out.

1. What do you typically go for when pumping ? Length or girth?

2. Are length gains realistically possible with pumping?

3. Where’s a good 101 starter routine for someone looking to get into pumping as their next routine?

4. Is hanging plus pumping a good idea to do in tandem? Why or why not?

5. Any tips as far as hydrating / heating that are important to do with pumping I or anyone new to pumping should know about?

I have 6 months of a modified newbie routine understand my belt, ready to get into more specialised routines. I’m all ears to you guys!

Gains Aug 2016: .5 inch in BPEL / 6.0 BPEL (with good EQ), Girth went up .1cm somehow. RESEARCHING PUMPING AND HANGING TO START ASAP, OFF FOR 2 WEEKS

I believe pumping could promote length gains. Even pumping at low pressures, 4~5” Hg, my penis is way longer compared to a natural erection. Eventually, this will be converted to gains.

With a LeLuv cylinder, I noticed that light heater (halogen) did not provide a good heat while pumping. I’m guessing the material “block” the light from the heater. Tried an knee heating pad wrapped around the cylinder and is way better.


Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Now 7.5” x 4.9” (5.1" BEG)

I owe all of my length gains to pumping. It’s added some girth as well. Just make sure you use constant heat.

Phase 2 Pumping

I also highly recommend you look at Avocet’s Pumping 101 thread.

I am on a lighter routine than Avocet’s only 3 days a week. Starting at 10 min a session increasing 2 min a week up to 20 min. I didn’t have a good experience with multiple pumping sessions a day. Slow steady and safe.

For length get a cylinder that is slightly bigger than your EG. If all of your penis girth is below 4.7” I’d recommend 1.5” cylinder.

For girth get a larger cylinder but not too large. You don’t want your balls getting sucked into the cylinder and you don’t want uneven growth. I recommend the 1.75”

IMHO, they can mix if your careful hanging being a daily, everyday practice will add length and girth nobody understands why girth too.

hanging must always be done first, light pumping can be done after all hanging work, because with any pumping there is lymph fluid pulled in to the soft tissues of the penis and that is not desirable while hanging, it’ll mess up wrapping technique with a compression style hanger.

personally I’ll do one set at <4hg after all hanging sets to restore bloodflow and as a cooldown.

additionally I only heat in between or during the first half of any set be it hanging or pumping, gives a more growth sensationif that makes sense
