Over Stretched, Nerve Pain

I did the newbie routine for 5 months and jumped into an extender. As an eager newbie I stretched for 5 hours (day 3 of extender) and at high tension. Obviously, this was stupid and my eagerness got the better of me. Ever since the base of the right side of my penis has felt odd as well in my testicles. Its almost a numbing aching feeling. Also, some numbness in the penis.. Although there has been improvement it is still present. I think I may have pudendal neuralgia, I could be wrong but this is my finding. I also have lower back and hip pain. It has now been exactly 3 months since the injury happened.

IS there anyone out there that has done what I have? Any suggestions? I have definitely learned my lesson and am eager to get back into things once fully healed.

I would really appreciate any suggestions.

Pay attention to if anything makes your symptoms better or worse, like sitting in certain chairs for an extended period of time (if some chairs make things worse and others better) if anything is different after eating certain foods, ejaculating in certain positions, different kinds of physical activity or exertion, etc. Anything that makes the symptoms better, do more often or incorporate into your daily schedule, and anything that makes it worse do as little as possible or don’t do.
