Ongoing injury, Please Read?

Please read this long post, it is very serious. And I have tried to be has honest and precise as I possibly can. Vets and people who’s profession that deal with this sort off stuff please chime in.

Hi, I am a 20 year old male and I am very scared that I might of permanently damaged my penis glans. I was using penis exercises(jelqing/stretching) and I used a extender. Since using them I have desensitized my penis glans to the point where I can feel little to no sensation on the underside of my glans, and on other parts of the glans where I can feel sensation has been desensitized a lot. I have tiny blood spots on the glans and red patches on the glans also.

I am uncircumcised and before I did these exercises the glans were so sensitive to the touch I would be aroused. But now it takes much more pressure and friction for my penis to become aroused. I can not even feel hot or cold water on the glans anymore.

I cant believe I let it get this far, I really didn’t pay much attention, I know I am STUPID! This injury could be ongoing for over a couple of years(not really sure how long), I never really let it heal or rest, because when I wasn’t PE’ing I would masturbate or have sex. And now my erections are nowhere near as good as they were before PE, I don’t get any morning/night wood. The sensitivity is also nowhere near how it used to be. Before if my penis head touched the inside of my boxers it would be so uncomfortable but now I don’t even feel it. I am so worried, will my glans ever be the same as before I pe’d?

I can get a good erection while sitting but when standing its about a 1/4inch to 1/2inch smaller. Why is that?
Another problem is that my flaccid can feel stiff and abit cold occasionally.

Here is a little back ground. (I was young, stupid and nieve) Between doing all of this their were gaps where I didn’t PE at all.

2003/2004
I joined massive member PE site. Where my technique was poor and I remember always being hard while jelqing because it wouldn’t subside, but I continued to jelq anyway. I didn’t stretch then as it was not an exercise on their site. I think occasionally I had poor erection.

2004/2005
Bought a jes extender which hurt like hell. Think the longest I used it was 3 weeks in one go. I tried using it again a couple of times after that, which probably only last a week or so. I think some desensitizing could have took place here.

2005
I used a kaplan pump. I over did that using too much pressure up to 10Hg. I only used that occasionally and stopped after a week or so. I think around this time I noticed poor erections.

2005/2007
My memory is a bit haizey here. I think I PE’d using manual exercises. Not consistently though. Maybe a 2 weeks here and their. My longest period probably being a month.

(I think I noticed a lot of desensitizing between 2005/07. But it was probably a gradual process from the beginning).

2007
I got a vacuum hanger. Used it for a month. I think I used it for 4 hours at a time doing 2 sets, so a total of 8 hours per day, I hung 3lbs.
I noticed discolouration on the tip of the glans. I then took a break from PE to get rid of the discolouration.

2007
Got a penimaster rarely used it. It hurt to use it and sent my glans a really dark colour every time I used it. So I stopped using.
I also have a bib, I never used it.

December 2007 until now I have not PE’d. But have not rested either(meaning I masturbated a lot between this time). Not up until 3 weeks ago I have given proper rest (masturbated about 5 times in this time frame no sex at all).I have noticed some bruising has gone down and a more healthier pinky colour has returned on parts of the glans. But no sensitivity has returned.
Is their any hope for recovery.

I would like to say that I do still have some sensation and can get off. Just to some up all of the above: I have poor erections while standing, I cant attain an erection for long like I used to(especially while standing) nor can I get an erection as easy as I could before, stiff and cold flaccid occasionally,red dots and patches on glans and some yellowish bruising, and all of the above mentioned sensitivity problems.

I am really scared and very embarrassed to tell my GP(what would I tell him?).

I have wrote in here just too ask for some professional or good advice on if their is any treatment that could restore the loss of sensitivity or just something that I could be doing which would help it heal quicker. Also I would like to know if it is to do with the nerves? And please try to answer questions that are scattered through out this post. (I know its long, sorry)
Could you also advise me on what sort of doctors I should see and possible treatments?
Ask me any questions I will answer them the best I can. I just want to get off to a wise an healthy start to recovery?

I think a neurologist or a urologist would be your best bet compared to a regular physician. As for natural remedies, I was doing some searching and found that a Vitamin E creme (without fragrances in it) could help, but this situation seems a bit more extreme.

Also, check out ViaPal-hGH. Supposedly its suppose to help increase penis sensitivity.

Go see your doctor — don’t be embarrassed. No need to tell him how this has happened; else say that it may be the result of some overzealous sex with your girlfriend (will help explain any trauma, etc).

That does not sound good at all. You seriously need to get some medical attention.

How about this: masturbate no more than once per week, and then only gently, with oil or cream. Meanwhile, see a doctor.

You really think I should come out with the truth, or like turner1 said put it down to overzealous sex.
I just don’t want to be laughed at. But would I make it more difficult for them to help me if I did lie to them about how I did it.

Unbelievably, yes that is what I have done. I think that I got so caught up and obsessed in getting a bigger penis, that I blocked out what was really going on.
That is what I meant by being young and dumb.

I have been suffering with depression for alot of years unknown to myself. I was talking to a friend on how I was feeling and they mentioned that I could be depressed but I thought nothing of it. Until I went to the doctors about it. I am now on anti depressants, and thanks to being on them I am thinking straighter, and its helped me come out of this trance and really see what I have been doing to my self. Please don’t think I am some sort of sphyco I am not, just sort of been in my own world for a long time.

But now I need to look forward and get this resolved. Like I said in my first post ‘I just really want to get off to a wise an healthy start to recovery.’

I am going to try and stop all stimulation to my penis and give it total rest. Is that a good idea or should I give it some stimulation every now and then just to make sure its still working.

A lot of that depends on what kind of medical you have going on. Plus unless you know people in the medical field how will you be picking whom to call?

I have certainly lied to the docs about how I have gotten various injuries. The risk is not getting a proper diagnosis and treatment. The problem I see for your situation is that you hurt yourself and continued to keep hurting your injured penis over a period of years by doing all manor of things to your wee-wee. I don’t know what plausible BS you could tell them that would account for that. A claim of a years old untreated sex injury and perhaps they miss something they would have figured out if you were honest with them, I don’t know.

Well I have been to the doctors today and it isn’t looking good so far.

I told him the truth about jelqing and said it was an exercise to improve EQ, I think he knew what I was going on about has he asked if I had used any non-medical advised devices which you attach to your unit.
I said no to that, so I did tell a little lie, But I didn’t use the devices for long so I don’t think it would have any effect on how he diagnosed me.

Anyway he said that their is a high possibility that my glans are going to stay like this because of how long they I have been this way, which are the very words I didn’t want to hear, I am completely devastated.

He has booked me in with the nurse this coming Monday for blood tests, to check my sugar levels and liver, has he says that can have an effect on nerves. He said that he thinks the tests will come back fine but just wants to rule that out before taking things further.

Once the tests are back he wants to go over the results with me and take things from their. He said he might book me in with a specialist after the blood tests are in, but he doesn’t think that they could do much for me nor is their any treatments that he think would help. I told him that I still want to see a specialist either way.

All I can do now is wait, and hope to god it gets better.

Take a LOT of ginko, vitamin B complex. Also warmwrap, warm baths and a LOT of positive mental attitude and visualisation!

Some cold wrap briefly held on there for 20 seconds helped me as well, if you can very gradually feel the cold more you know your on the right track.

I cannot emphasise PMA enough, the body is capable of truly miraculous things when the mind is used correctly.

I have animal pak multi vitamins(it has 12 tabs per bag,full of vit an mins) which I use for training, do you think that would cover the vit B. Or do you think I’d be betting off buying a pure vit b complex?

Yes ginko biloba, at least 125mg’s a day.

I personally would take more Vit B as if you train your body will be using a fair bit of Vit B up to recover.

Yes heat for at least 20 minutes a day, more - better in your case.

As hard as it sounds I personally would try and limit the amount of sex etc I have. I remember it knocked my glans injury back a little.

Listen man I feel for you. I had the same thing for month it’s terrifying. Actually a major life experience lesson for me and it will be for you as well as you WILL get better, maybe not 100% of where you were, but definately better than now ok?

Try and set aside at least ten minutes a day (in bed before sleep would be good) to visualise your glans fully sensitive and responsive, really let your imagintation run wild here. Try to remember as much as you can how it felt before, how it looked, felt to to the touch etc. Make this a routine and stick to it.

Let me try and find an excellent PM I had sent to me about this.

And remember, what do doctors now, they think PE doesn’t work. Peripheral nerves can and do regenerate but you need PLENTY of rest.

Well, that’s because it is subjective

Generally speaking, mental imagery is a very underused aspect in ALL areas of people’s lifes, not just healing per se.

As long as it feels good to do it to you. It’s a subjective thing, remember? Just like falling in love, subjectivism at its best.

It’s not so much about the time you spend visualizing/imagining, but how real it feels to you in the moment.. and to do this most efficiently and powerfully you would go about it with the clear intent that this is real (and if only to you).

Suspense of disbelief it is called IIRC.

In other words:

Keep going until it feels real to you in the moment.

After and before it, keep remembering how real it felt, especially and whenever a seed of disbelief might pop up in your mind.

A general rule of thumb would be, to spend at least the same amount of time and energy (eq. effort) in belief of your dick being completely healthy already as you “accidentally” did otherwise, usually by habits of thought.

This may sound like much in the beginning or not much as all, but there’s a little help hidden in that statement: If you don’t believe against what you want and aim for, you don’t “have to” do it much. It “just” has to be real (enough for you) more often than not

Oh and one last thing:
Even though or especially because this may be a more serious application of mental imagery, make damn sure you have fun doing it. See/feel yourself “using” your dick in the most fun ways, add in everyday things like how it dangles between your legs.. You know, “normal” everyday stuff.
