New comer been doing newbie routine

I’m new PEer, 19 years old I’ve been reading many helpful threads and been seeing a good videos as the forums has a good valuable information.
So I decided to start PE with a newbie routine (the one from here) a few days ago after I finished I had a slight pain inside my penis and a little discomfort, so I stopped for 3-4 days after that I did PE for 2 days again and the third day was off, everything was normal and my EQ is 95-100 % and I masturbated for 2-3 times a day, and even got some results, my penis hang bigger and thicker when it’s flaccid, my erection was stronger, longer and thicker as I got 0.50 cm in length! So the 4th day I did the routine again everything was normal.
Until the 5th day (while I was supposed to do PE again as I’m following 2 day on/1 day off routine) I noticed no morning wood ! And it was so hard to get an erection and it’s a lot weaker and it’s even really hard to get it to 90 % EQ and I have pain in my upper right testicle now and pain in my penis when I try to erect it, so I was scared had to try it so I masturbated 3 times that day just to see if I have an injury or something, did nothing but to worsen the pain! Next day (which is today) I had the exact same thing. So I just masturbated for once and I climaxed fast but it was hard to get an erection and it wasn’t even close to 85% EQ ! P.S I don’t have numbness, lose of sensitivity, weird color or shape until now (hopefully I won’t have), except that I have a bigger BPEL and thickness while erected which is really noticeable without measuring.
Any thoughts and advises of what to do? Do I need to stick to a lighter program or wait for it till it gets better with the same program?
