Pineaapples are the best source of Bromeline. Bananas can be good also but definetly too much sugar in them ;)

I also drink pineapple juice everyday. No kidding. I didn’t know pineapple has bromeline. I just drink it cause I like it, instead of orange juice etc..

Becasue I am working out heavily, I have no problem eating bananas every day after my routine. You are right about the sugar.

Hi guys, I’ve read your replays but I wanted to replay when I’m better. I’ve been eating one banana each day, now the pain is kinda all of it gone, my erection is back to normal, but when I get an erection there is a slight pain (less than before) it’s like when the blood move in the penis, it start to a slight pain from the side 1-2 inches away from the pubic bone (penis base).

I will try to rest it for a weak, but I think now I have to mention something !
I have varicocele in both testicles I diagnosed it 3 months ago, I left it without curing after I knew about it, because I was busy with exams and studying. Right now the weather is so hot in my country that it is making discomfort and pain in the PC muscles and pubic bone because heat is not good for varicocele, and of course it is painful after masturbation because today I searched in many articles about varicocele and PC muscle and I found unbalanced PC muscle can put much pressure on the vein and cause a varicocele! In order to get everything normal and healthy I need to cure my unbalanced PC muscles, can kegels and reverse kegels be an alternative for a physical PC muscle therapy? Can I cured the unbalanced PC muscle by following a kegel and reverse kegel program ?
And note that the pain is gone in my penis, I just have a slight discomfort I think it is associated with the varicocele pain. And I’m getting 100 % but I can feel that is something not good about my PC muscle.

I don’t know if it’s the right section for my question, but I’m new comer

I have varicocele I diagnosed it 3 months ago, the pain comes and go, but now in this hot weather It’s painful and I had a PE injury it seems that it had been fixed since I’m being able to achieve 100 % erection and everything is back to normal I think however I still got a slight pain and discomfort probably associated with varicocele, anyway I have a thread about my injury, but the problem or the question here, I researched varicocele and causes and I heard that unbalanced PC muscle is a major cause for it ! While some doctors don’t agree with that!

Now I know my PC muscle is unbalanced, I heard going to a physical PC muscle therapist can correct and cure it, I don’t think we have such a physical therapist here, even if there he would be hard to find with high rates.

Does doing reverse kegel and kegel exercises on an organized schedule/routine be an alternative to a physical therapist ? I don’t have any idea about this kind of physical therapist.. But I have information and knowledge about kegel and reverse kegel.

I hear yoga can strength and relax the PC muscle and cure varicocele.

I would be very grateful to any opinion, information, and help about this.

Well, kegels and reverse kegels can helpm, but if you are having serious pelvic floor issue, I wouldn’t trust kegels completely to fix it. Yes, they can help, but maybe a therapist should do the job.

Yeah I saw it there, but here is more detailed, no bumps anymore thank you for the heads up ^^

I don’t think it is serious, I don’t have urine leakage I had it twice the first time when 2 years ago because of masturbation and much smoking, and I had it again during my injury, it happened just once at night. And it’s getting better, my PC muscle got worse after my injury but now it’s healing, and I’m so sure that leaving my cock alone for at least a month or just masturbate and edge less often, with some yoga and simple exercises for now will do a great improvement.

Ok now to the updates!
Yesterday I haven’t masturbated, I found that the size of varicocele has got much much smaller, the pain is kinda gone Just a slight discomfort from time to time or when I’m wearing jeans, I sat in a cold room, I did some yoga just yesterday, I will do it today again, and I admit that I masturbated today, I’m trying to completely stop as for me trying to not masturbate for a whole day is very hard.

I will add background for how all of this happen, I masturbate too much more than normal, I’m not that kind of social guy and I don’t have many friends so it leaves me with much free time, I don’t do sports not even simple exercises, I spend my time playing video games, watching movies and TV shows, so I sit too much at home and not so much moving, I walk sometimes if I need to go somewhere, so pretty much health and way of living problem, I have weak abs muscles so that is another thing to contribute to my problem, last thing I did that I jelqed and got injured, all of these things made my pelvic floor the way it is right now.

What I’m going to do to fix my varicocele which I’m very sure it is caused by pelvic floor unbalance, doing yoga, simple exercises, eating healthy food, spending some time with family and friends, leaving my cock alone for as long as I can, after everything is normal again, I will start to workout and I will do kegel and reverse kegel exercises after that I will get back to PE and jelqing.

I will keep this topic updated for my situation.
