Injury that's no recover

I got injured 10 months ago, while i had a full erection my penis go to my left side and the right side got stretch, producing a little pain in the right side, since that, i have a little pain in the right side and the base of the penis.

Not painful but does not allow me to do the execises, i didn’t go to doctor in this whole time because is not painful but I’m going to go to the doctor the next week since it has been a long time.
I publish this to know if someone went through the same thing or knows how I can solve it in some way.
