Injury after Horse 440 and jelq session

Quick question. So I did 8 15 sec horse 440 with 20 rep jleqs downwards in between and I got this nasty donut. It’s been a day and the donut feels hard and a bit purple in one side. Wth is this? I don’t feel pain and I tried to massage it but it didn’t work. Feels hard when flaccid and softer when erect. Any tips ? Should I be concerned? Is this a donut or something else? Ring below the glans.

I’m new at PE but I can tell you I often get it when I edge for too long. Even before PE I’ve had it many times. I don’t think it ever lasted for 1 entire day though. Just rest and don’t think about it. You’ll see in 2 days if it’s still there.

True I will just rest and see what happens. Those horse 440 are intense. My glans sting when doing them even well lubed. I’m trying to expand as much possible. 7 15 sec horses with 20 downward jelqs in between.

I would wager you may have overdid it. You may want to start that workout with half the load and work your way up. I personally don’t even do Horse 440s, as I don’t like the idea of squeezing my glans, especially with that level of force. But ULI#3 is similar and if you’re using full grip force, you should lower your reps to start with.

How serious is it? If it goes down mostly, by tomorrow can I continue? It will be about two days off. I managed to squeeze most of it out that’s when I think it turned purple. Maybe I massaged it the wrong way. I managed to drain a lot of it.

It’s simply clotted blood from you doing too much and breaking some blood vessels. Why not give yourself a week to fully heal. What’s the rush?

You are right. I’ll let it rest. I am just afraid to lose progress and condition.

That is true Richard, I can’t even think about being impotent for a second.. I’ll rest. It’s been 3 days now. Most of it’s gone. I just don’t know how to go about with the horses. The first day I did them I got stupid expansion and a fat hang all day. Next day or two I didn’t get that good of a result. Why is that ? I’ve gained about 1/16 in girth since last Monday more or less.

I’ve felt that soreness in the glans and when I get a semi and flop it around. Is that the feeling of progress ? Is it good to an extent. Soreness not pain.

All this is relating to horse 440s.

If after 3 days of rest you still feel sore then you have to rest longer. In my opinion you should make a full week of rest or longer, until all soreness feeling is gone.

I wouldd then pick up the routine where you were before but without Horse440. What TFG said about the Uli seems logical to me. So start rather with Uli’s.

But this time slower, doing maybe 1-2 in the first month. Not more. And watch the pressure.

How many uli’s ? And I’ve tried them before maybe I didn’t do them right. I don’t want you guys to think I’m not conditioned I’m about 4 months in and I have gone pretty rough with jelqing and some but not much uli’s (5 30 sec sets). I just went really hard with the horse 440s and tried it for the first week because I didn’t seen much progress in girth even with the squeezes. And I squeezed pretty hard. Might be my reps, time, sets.. I’m pretty hard went I do them too..

Any advice ?
Starting next Monday.

PS. Haven’t felt any tingling pain, just red dots, busted small capillary and a fatass donut that is about 70% gone so far.

I’ve done some good stretching, semi bends with caution, very hard squeezes and firm jelqing. 45min sessions (including 5min stretching and 10 min warm up)

I know I’m not in pro condition but I am not unconditioned either. I have a strong feeling that my tunica is just freaking hard and ridged… So hard to get girth. Maybe that’s why horses worked and jelqing not much..

PS.
Throughout the 440s and all I still got morning wood and I am still getting morning wood.

It’s not our mind that decides about conditioning but our dick. :-)

So go slow and steady. Set a goal of x Uli’s to achieve (you define x!) and then make a backwards plan so you go gradually into the number of Uli’s. I recommend not adding more than 2_4 er month per training unit.

Like if you want to achieve 12 Ulis, start with 2 per session in month 1 and then add other two each month. Not more.

Go gradual, go safe!
