I know I still have to learn.

Okay so took off a week and today I did 10 min warm up, and 3 30 sec uli or squeezes and jelqing in between sets and at the begining with a total of 40 firm slow jelqs and 3 30 sec squeezes.

Is that a good girth routine ? Or is it too beginner ?

Sorry English isn’t perfect.

I’ve jelqed so long and no girth. So I decided to add girth exercises.
