Huge Edema after Manual Stretching

I’ve been manual stretching for the past couple of weeks and I’ve went from 6.7 BPEL to 7.2 BPEL which is amazing but I get this huge swelling / edema on my penis head and under it? (I don’t know what it’s called)

I’m pretty sure I’m gripping and stretching with too much force but I can’t change this because I’ve been hanging before with no gains and I feel like this is the only way I can feel a stretch and actually gain..

So I was wondering is there any possible way to reduce edema? Wrapping or some sort or should I just accept it? It goes away in a couple hours looks completely normal again.

I’m stretching for 60 Minutes.

That doesn’t look good.

I would honestly cut back on the amount of weight you are using because oedema is typically a reflection of some tissue strain/damage. It is your bodies way of telling you that you are overdoing things

The forum is full of proven routines, but I’ve never seen a routine recommending an hour of manual stretching. Everyone has to be responsible for his own actions and careful with the practice of the exercises.

Please, rest for a couple of weeks and then tell us if your feel better.
