Huge Edema after Manual Stretching
I’ve been manual stretching for the past couple of weeks and I’ve went from 6.7 BPEL to 7.2 BPEL which is amazing but I get this huge swelling / edema on my penis head and under it? (I don’t know what it’s called)
I’m pretty sure I’m gripping and stretching with too much force but I can’t change this because I’ve been hanging before with no gains and I feel like this is the only way I can feel a stretch and actually gain..
So I was wondering is there any possible way to reduce edema? Wrapping or some sort or should I just accept it? It goes away in a couple hours looks completely normal again.
I’m stretching for 60 Minutes.
