Just get your butt in the shower every morning and give it a hot/cold water treatment. You are PE’ing again way too soon. Stick to light manual stretches or your PE could be over forever, now that WOULD suck.


Time to measure girth soon... previously 4.5", been targeting girth for months!

Do you guys that warm up in the shower keep the water running for 5-10 minutes over your penis and ligaments or soak it somewhere? Because if it’s former, you sure are wasting quite a bit of water. Rice sock for the win.

Well you answered my next question. Stretching ok? Didn’t seem to hurt.

Any supplements I can take to stop the bleeding? Strengthen whatever is leaking? :(

Supplement water, lots of water. Keep yourself healthy.

I would love to say there is a wonder herb, but the more you study herbs - the more you realize that isn’t true. Lots of rest, lots of water.

As soon as you notice drastic improvement, then start with some really light jelqs after lots of heat.

Wow. What are the chances. I had a good jelq session in the shower the other day. Later that day I look down and realize there’s a good size blood blister type thing right on the head. First thing I thought was… shit, should not of hooked up with that girl a few nights ago. Then I thought, inspected, and did some remembering. Definitely not what I thought it was at first. But it does match your description pretty well. It’s starting to go away now, but it took a few days. Man was I scared.

Solution: Looks like I’m getting a rice sock.

I can vouch for this, week one in, doing the newbie routine and it looks like I’ve mashed my member in the zipper. Whats the best course of action, rest up and let it calm down? I got one last week that has mostly receded but it isn’t a pretty sight, any suggestions greatly appreciated, cheers for the hot water bottle tip

Have managed to get the spots to recede in three days through a combination of hot water bottle wraps before and after exercise program and using arnica (available from most pharmacies)

hmmm.. yeah theskyisthelimit, u might have what I had.

For others let me clarify. there’s regular, normal blood speckles you can get, or even slightly bigger blotches and they go away in a day or so.

This issue that I have would seep visible blood into my skin (like you you might get if you trapped your finger in the door or hit your thumb with a hammer by accident.. only not quite that bad)

And it takes a WEEK or so to go away, and leaves a minor scar under the skin.
As soon as I did any light Jelqs with propper warm up, after taking a two month break…. it came back as it did two or three times before…. IN THE SAME PLACE EVERY TIME!

It would happen on the under side of my unit as well as the top..

I tend to over do everything in my life. I’m sure it’s from me being a nut job trying to train. It’s been another month, I’m going to try again soon. I’ll keep you posted. And hopefully, I wont have pictures to post.

this whole heat thing is completely up in the air. I noticed in a well respected thread regarding jelqing and stretching technique Jelqing & Stretching 101 the writer indicated that stretching could be done at work and throughout the day aplit up to help with time management and PE. Although he also stated never to perform PE without warming up. Whats that all about. Ultimately I will get an IR light I think (although I want to look into the effects on my testicles before hand) and probably get a rice sock as well. I think the variation may be good for PE. But for the time being its the shower for me.
