I’ve had to take a huge break due to being lazy.

Wish I had pictures to share.

Long story short…

Jelqu out of quick shower on the go not a good option.

Really intense pressure leads to blood blisters always in the same place that take about a week or more to go away. I’m thinking it’s a burst, or weak blood sack in my shaft.
I usually get it from intense wanking or sex. Some times combined with alcohol or or nitrates for blood pressure enhancement to penis.

Folks, your member isn’t invincible. Be kind to it when you’re exercising you lil guy. :(

I also developed a nasty habit of squeezing the hell out of my penis after an orgasm. Don’t do this either. You might end up like me.

Could you elaborate on why you don’t think a hot shower is sufficient warm up? That’s the only option I personally have. I admit, I haven’t been feeling warmed up enough to do much of a session lately. My penis feels loose and stretches out nicely, but when I start to jelq I get sore much quicker than I ever did. My bodies responding a little different to PE this time around.

The best way to make a shower is effective is if you use a normal heat to wash, and then turn up the heat after to focus on your ligaments and penis. It helps if you cup your hands under your package to keep the hot water local.

Make sure you dry your penis first when you get out, otherwise the water remaining on your dick will make your penis get cold ten times faster if the room is cold.

I’ve been doing most of the exercises in the shower. It’s too much of a mess to get warmed up with hot towels, then get all lubed up and jelq away, get the whole house smelling like dick. Followed by a big mess to clean up. That makes me want to not do my exercises.

When I’m in the shower I also continue the warm-up under the hottest water I can stand in between every set. It seems like it should be more effective than most methods. But maybe getting out of the shower with a wet penis after the work out reverses all benefits from the exercises just completed. Seeing as it cools down so quickly. Something to think about.

A bath is much more effective than a shower…

But NOTHING beats a hot water bottle with very little water, wrapped round the penis for a good 5 minutes. If doing length work, hold it on your fat pad too.

In my experience, my hot tub set at 103 was kick ass.

This is exactly what I was doing. I aimed the stream of the hot water from the shower on my penis (but I covered my balls, as I don’t think that heat serves them very well…) and wait for 4-7 minutes. After that I used Johnson’s Baby Oil (without drying my penis) and started gentle jelqing straight away. But there was a time, when the heat was too high and my penis sored afterwards. I decided it’s better not to PE that time.

The funniest feeling in the world is laying in a hot-ass bath with your hands around your glans at first… make sure your skin is pulled back if you are uncut - and then let go and release your penis into the water… you get some crazy feeling and twitching in your glans, it feels really good, lol.

The horrible thing about this is.. It’s not your regular blood spots that go away in a day or two…

It’s like a blood vestal dumped out under my skin.

Always in the same place. Venus leak? What kind of injury is that? I want to start training again, it’s been a while since it happened. But I’m kinda afriad to start training again.

I suppose if it happens again, I’ll take a picture and put it up.

It might be just something that needs to heal properly, take a rest from any heavy PE for a while, use a lot of heat on it and massage it often.

Seems about right.

I use nitrates and drink heavily, and consume caffeine.

I’m sure any of these could lead to this along with training wrongly / in a hurry.

Something is definatly messed up with my wang. I just went back to the newbie routine and got the spots again, same place - after doing lite Jelqus. Had to stop. I’m mad. I liked training. I wish there was some way to fix this.
