Could pumping cause permanent damage

I been doing PE for almost 2 years . About a year ago I started pumping at 6 then I went up to 10 .

2 months ago I started not having morning woods so I stopped pumping and went and did a testostrone test and everything came back in a normal range .

My question is , could pumping cause permanent veanous leak even know it was never an apparent reason of damage ?

I can get an erection but is laying down I don’t even try to masturbate standing up cause my anxiety won’t let me get one.

Now lately I been waking up with morning and nocturnal erection just not as strong . These is effecting my mind pretty bad thinking I have a venaous leak from pumping .

I’m sitting waiting for a urologist on the office as I’m typing these.

If its cause from pumping is permanent ?

Venous leaking is a controversial kind of damage per se; without going too deep here, just suffice to say that there are urologists that say there isn’t such a thing like ‘venous leakage’. So said, the basic question here is: can pumping cause permanent damage? I suppose it is in the realm of possilbilities, but the chances are very very low; the most serious injury I’ve seen in medical journals caused by improper use of a pump is tunica tear, which would be easy to detect due to the pain, swelling etc.. Temporary ED due to overuse of a vacuum pump is relatively common, but it could last a few weeks at most.

I just got out the urologist office and he said there that is a infection on my testiclse and he prescribed me antibiotic . He said the infection could cause the ED , I then asked him to do a Doppler test for a veanous leak and he told me there is no need cause he could see I have no veanous leak . Could he just tell that easy ?
I never had a visible injury from pumping so its kinda of weird for me to think all of a sudden I have a veanous leak is jus that its hard to get an erection standing up . Could the fear of getting an erection while masturbating standing up cause these ?

You have an infection to a testicle, you have anxiety, both things alone can cause ED, when joined it’s even worse.

The difference between standing and lying down has little to do with having a venous leak: whatever the cause of your ED, lying down will make it easier to mantain an erection. I think your urologist knows his shit and you should trust him.

I can attest to this. When I was younger I was messing with a pump without a guage. I just pumped it up the most that I could take a few times. Now I have a permanent lump on the left CC. I think I made a minor tear in the TA that responded with scar tissue. It would hurt at the site sometimes during an erection, but luckily didn’t affect my size or function. PE has actually made my pain in that site disappear, and the lump continually is getting smaller. Just thought I’d throw in my experience.

He is sending me for a ultra sound tomorrow and I don’t know why ?

One of my buds has an enlarged blood vessel on his ballsack. He also said when that joker swells up he feels the pain in his back. Yeowch!!

i got the exact same thing except on the right hand side, and again from pumping to high (it is still there), i learned the hard way to stay at around 7 and now its working, high pressures don’t work, at least not yet

Yeah the pain is bad specially when I try to sleep and it goes away if I ejaculate . I literally got elephant balls right now and I think the pain it’s effecting my erection even with viagra . But stress about it it’s not helping either .

Got my ultrasounds back from the doctor and its not an infection is a hydrocele and a 3mm varicocele (spelling could be wrong) . I’m scheduling for surgery next week .
